Staff was able to accommodate our very early check-in, although there was an extra charge, but very well worth it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that our rooms were near each other so our family still had our own privacy.

I would say the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get more of that delicious cucumber water at the front check-in. I wish I could have had more because it was amazingly delicious and refreshing. Maybe one thing I would have liked was for the fridge to have a freezer section because my mom needed to have her ice pack frozen for her diabetic medication, but we made it work.

Beside the convenient location of being inside the airport T2, it was pretty nice to stay for a few days, to rest before our big transatlantic flight. The buffet style breakfast has lots of good options, and also traditional Mexican food that we very much enjoyed. We liked the gym and the green area because we stayed with our big dog and she really enjoyed running around. The personal was very helpful any time we asked. So we absolutely enjoyed and recommend.

They offer drinkable bottled water in rooms and give you for free everyday when you ask for your room to be cleaned, but besides that you need to buy it for an extra fee, which again comes in plastic bottles. There is no water fountain to refill your reusable bottles. Which for a hotel so big I think they can do better in this regard.

Being able to walk into the terminal. A good restaurant and pub onsite. The breakfast was amazing. By the way: this hotel is landside (outside of security.) Sometimes this is not mentioned, and is difficult to determine from maps.

It's very difficult to find the elevator that goes to the hotel (Hint: it's puerto 5, but this puerto branches off from the loop, and goes down its own little corridor. The "rain" shower and the glass doors on the shower and bath look good but aren't very practical. (Just some of my ongoing amusement at current design trends.) I stayed here twice: on arrival and before departure. Both times, the Nespresso clone in my room failed to puncture the capsules, so I had to get coffee by other means. The machines may have been broken (possibly a pressure problem), but I also suspect that the custom capsule covers were too thick to allow for easy puncturing. I have a genuine Nespresso at home so am experienced with these machines. They make excellent coffee when they work.

Our waitress are excellent. location is excellent. However signage to get to the Hotel is horrible. And I would imagine even for Spanish speaking people it is difficult to find the Hotel. In our bathroom, 1093, you can easily see where the plumbing fixture behind the toilet used to be before being replaced. A 4-star Hotel would not allow that blemish on the wall.

I asked the guy that sat us at our table if they could turn down the MTV music blasting from the wall of TV in the restaurant. It was obvious that he made no attempt and he knew what I was saying. My Spanish is very limited but "El sonido es demasiado Fuerte" communicates clearly my displeasure. My daughter and I end up having to talk really loud to hear one another. Now, I am an old man and my hearing is not good but I am paying a lot of money for our dinner and I should not have to shout at my daughter to have a conversation.

The room was great. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and with everything you could need. The breakfast buffet had so many great options and excellent service.

The communication didn't match the standard of the quality of the aesthetic. It was all small things. I speak enough Spanish to operate a business in Latin America, and I slow my English down and use basic words when someone is working hard to speak in a second language. Everyone spoke very fast and slightly colloquial. I had a lot of difficulty getting something printed. Asking for napkins with my dinner was also basic but frustrating. I attempted to communicate through booking about late checkout as I arrived at midnight and there has been no answer. It's all small but it adds up.

The Hotel met my expectations for the 2nd time. The front desk manager Nayeli Elias was a welcoming presence on my check-In. She is professional, engaging, and efficient. I was also greeted by her during my dinner break to see if we needed anything. A wonderful representative for any Hotel. We enjoyed the cool calm vibe at the lounge and the dinner restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC worked great and a small minibar makes for small snacking at night.

The restaurant for dinner seemed a bit understaffed so service was slow.

It is very convenient for my travel time.

There are way behind in neutral bathrooms in the common area. When a bathroom is in repair , there is not a notification. They should allow guests to to use male or female bathroom with supervision. Personal by elevators approached to direct us to a bathroom with a mad expression (morning) hopefully on the future pretend being okay even when you are exhausted. I understand the physical fatigue affects the mood, but a smile or cordial greeting looks better, a question how can I help you? ( or provide breaks to the personal)The bathroom to use is far away from the lobby and I wonder if I have a person with severe physical disability. How can I get that person to that faraway bathroom. By the parking lot. Counter personal were nice, polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great room, best shower of my life. Fast wifi! Amazing location right outside of Terminal 2 - you don't have to leave the airport. Friendly staff.

The food in the restaurant wasn't great. Had a vegetarian burger for $260 that looked like they just pulled it out of the freezer, worse than something I'd make at home, couldn't believe it would cost that much for what we got. The restaurant was decorated really nicely though at least. The gym was also tiny, with only one set of weights for each set and packed with people. Couldn't believe how small it was for such a huge hotel that has so many other big open, empty spaces that they would be so cheap on the gym setup :/

Being located right in Terminal 2 was great.

The check in time of 4pm is pretty ridiculous as there's travelers arriving from all over the world. This was my second stay at NH. I stayed upon my arrival a week earlier. I arrived at 1:00pm but was unable to check in until 4. The hotel had MANY open rooms. There were about 15 people waiting in the lobby for that magical 4pm check in, then had to wait in line to get their room. This is a terrible first exposure to the hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated (on march 2023) and now it looks much more slick and clean. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with many options and great service. In the past I used to choose this hotel over others in the airport just for the breakfast, now It will be my first options because of its new renovated looks. The location is great, in terminal 2.

The check-in process is super slow. I've stayed in that hotel several times and there has been always a big queue in the check-in desk. I don't know why but it takes ages for the staff to make every single check-in. I normally choose other hotel in terminal 1 when I arrive from a long exhausting flight, just to skip the slow check-in at NH. The fastest check-in was 15min, the longest I've waited is 40min.
