the property was centrally located and in a shopping district with other small hotels nearby. the rooms were clean and recently updated, beds were comfortable. there was a mini fridge and safe in the room. in the morning there was a coffee station in the sitting area on our floor, to make a cup of instant coffee. in the evenings, the property was secured with a closed gate and there was an attendant to open the gate for hotel guests

no A/C in the rooms. there were not enough towels provided for the number of guests in our room and no mat for the floor in front of the shower. we were unable to park at the property due to the size of our vehicle and had a difficult time finding parking nearby (all lots were full)

With the exeption of no screen on the windows (which means mosquitoes), everything was wonderful. The location was walking distance to the Zocalo and Palace of Fine Arts, and the front desk arranged much nicer taxis to Coyo and Chapultepec than the pink ones we flagged down to get back for pretty much the same price. Lots of great pastry shops nearby and the street noise was minimal for the location. The beds were nice and firm with three! pillows each! The mini fridge was great for chilling water bottles overnight.

The windows need those little screens to keep out mosquitoes. There is no A/C, but that is not a problem. The Dyson air purifier requires a smart phone to get it to work properly, and neither of us had one, so we just pushed the single button until it basically did what we wanted.

The hotel is very centrally located, near to Pino Suarez metro station and a short walk to the Zocalo. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern.

The internet gets really slow when everyone uses it. The common area tends to be noisy, and the noise travels into the rooms.

The size of the room was good and it seemed new in some aspects.

The sheets seemed like they had some stains, and the location although it was fairly central it’s still a bit of a walk to Calle madero and Bella’s Artes. It’s in an odd location with the building not being solely a hotel, it’s above some shops.

Conveniently located near the Zocalo square and other key landmarks, this hotel definitely has a passing score, in terms of comfort, staff and proximity to, pretty much, most places of interest for a traveller staying in the Centro Historico.

Reception went above and beyond to ensure that every needed was taken care of, including ordering in room rapid covid testing with results on the spot! I missed my flight on Monday, and even though I booked through Booking, they still honored my request to stay on Saturday instead when I came back through Mexico City. Just phenomenal of them, in my opinion. Excellent location

Towels were too small to wrap around my body, and I'm petite/normal weight.

wifi didn’t work in the room for first 2 days which is a bit inconvenient, but once fixed it worked well. dirty marks on the wall in the bathroom, yuck. We stayed 4 nights and received only 2 small bottles of water - this seems a bit mean. Our room was facing the Main Street so it was really noisy, ask for an internal room…you might not have a window, but that is good news in a 24/7 big city!

Nice stay in Mexico City - it was very close to city centre, rooms very big and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and there was warm water instantly in shower and it's not so obvious in Mexico. Generally nice stay.

I'd not recommend going solo at night as it was pretty empty on the streets and it feels weird.

No AC and some rooms where really hot. the lady at the front desk (brunette, long hair lady that works during the day shift) she was kind of rude. The one that works in the Night Shift was really nice :) but everyone should be nice.

This hotel was way better than I expected. It all felt very new. Super comfortable bed, very clean. Good showers. Quiet at night. Pleasant common area with free coffee Staff speaks good English and was very helpful, also in arranging covid tests. Excellent value for money good location

My bedroom didn't have curtains so there was too much light coming in. I saw some other rooms did have them. Adding them to all rooms sure would be an improvement.
