Location was perfect. In the heart of a very walkable city. There was a nearby elevator for moving from a lower street to the location of the hotel. Gives you a break from climbing the stairs. Outside my room was a 400 year old convent undergoing restoration. The room was large with plenty of clothing storage. The shower in the bathroom was roomy and the water was always hot. Wi-Fi worked consistently. The small lounge and bar within the hotel offered a respite after a day if sightseeing. The breakfast was perfect. Choices of hot entrees, sliced meats and cheeses, cut fruits, and cereal. Good basics and then some. Plenty of coffee, juices and multiple tea choices. Hotel employees were helpful with directions and other information. Postal drop boxes were within a short walk. There is even a laundromat nearby. Restaurants provide almost any kind of cuisine. Historic and cultural sites within walking or public transport distance.

Not a thing. There was construction noise during the day due to a restoration of a convent next door. But it was quiet at night. The hotel is located on a rather hilly street and the climb up is steep, but nothing that one can't do. I did it and I am older and use a cane. Great exercise!

The room was comfortable and very welcoming. The friendliness of the staff could not be beaten. When we arrived we were given a very helpful summary of the area. When we left we asked if we could have access to breakfast 10 minutes earlier and it was granted with no problem. The location is excellent with good access to the main sights of Lisbon

Breakfast was excellent but, to be really picky, as tea drinkers we missed a place to dispose of our teabags and the lack of stir sticks. There could have been more choice of fruit at breakfast, but there was nice fresh pineapple and melon and overall the choices were tasty and very satisfacturoy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, a member of staff gave us all their recommendations of Lisbon and the best areas to go. The location was very central.

The air conditioning was very poor. It was only blowing warm air and we found the room very stuffy. We did contact reception about this and we were told it was more of a fan than air conditioning so it wasn’t great. There was also an awful smell coming from the drains. We also notified the reception staff about this and they did come up and clean the drains and toilet but it didn’t help with the smell unfortunately.

Prior to when I booked there, I contacted them regarding vegan options in the breakfast menu - my request was fulfilled, and I received a very welcoming feeling from the moment we stepped there. Everyone was super friendly, and it always felt like they were doing extra steps to make sure we were happy. My brother booked a few weeks after me (I was planning to go alone at first), and they contacted me about us having the same surnames. When I asked why, they told they wanted to make sure we'll stay on the same floor - this was never asked for by me and VERY alert and considering by them. All of that I mentioned indicates that this place is being run very efficiently and by very nice people, hiring very nice staff to go with. Oh, and don't get me started on the location, which was excellent - we were close to everything and everywhere.

Seriously, even if we tried, we couldn't find a single thing to dislike about this place - HIGHLTY RECOMMENDED

Great stay at the Casual Belle Hotel! The family room was nice and clean, with very comfortable beds that accommodated the four of us perfectly. Tania, Cyril and Facu at the reception desk were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, right in Baixa and very close to must-see sights like Jorge Castle and Commerce Square. It's a great spot if you want to explore the town and visit local attractions by foot, such as Alfama. Plenty of eateries nearby too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more varied breakfast, especially for vegetarians and those with halal dietary requirements.

Arriving at Lisbon driving was an adventure and unfortunately is very much complicated park a car and load/unload in this hotel; however, the staff named Cyrillo was extremely helpful and polite! The location of the hotel for walking distance is very good from the main attractions of downtown Lisbon.

Parking was very much complicated in Lisbon and the public garage is in the middle of a square with a lot of people that look to me as homeless and I felt myself a bit unsafe in the area. The room is good; however, the floor is so much noisy if you walk during the night and someone is sleeping in the room.

Very central and you can walk to the pier etc...Very friendly and helpful staff. The entry way was nice, vintage 1930's style within the halls and rooms, clean, bed comfortable, aircon included, darkening curtains, I did not have breakfast there, there is a big grocery store right across the street, the room has a mini fridge. There is also one of the 7 hills 10 minute walk, half of it you can take the car garage elevator to a restaurant and then climb to the castle, its very helpful in the heat to have that elevator! a great hotel for a 3-4 night stay.

To get to the hotel very busy narrow street, difficult to arrive and find with all the traffic and GPS yelling at you, keeps you on your toes! and the parking garage above the grocery store is a windy little street and your there, so if you are not used to this type of driving maybe its not for you, but I had no problem in a small car! Just a warning. Once you are parked in the garage you will not want to take it out again, Uber, tuk tuks or walking are your friends. Its like that all over the city really.

Room on the 3rdfloor. I really liked the central location, easy public transport access. We were able to explore the city without wasting time. Modern/classic - bold interior. Helpful staff. (hi, Carlos!) Abundant selection, delicious tastes, constant replenishment at breakfast. We had to check out early on the last day, but they provided us with a morning travel package. Special thanks for the perfect blackout curtains for relaxing, a comfortable bed and a soundproof window. The tour guide for the program recommended by the accommodation (Sintra-Cascais excursion) was very professional and kind.

little things...The floor under the carpet was creaking by the window. There was only tea in the preparation. It would have been nice to have instant coffee. We received a welcome drink coupon upon arrival, we immediately asked for some wine, but we had to pay (cca13euro). We were tired, we didn't clarify, we must have misunderstood something. The coupon did not say what it entitled. The small smell of drains in the bath is real, but you can't feel it when the door is closed, and you can't hear the exhaust hood running all the time. Regardless, there are much, much more benefits and positives!!

The property was in a perfect location, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist with any needs or requests we had during our stay.

The breakfast could be better as there were limited options and the food was not very appetizing. However, the hotel's great location and the friendly and helpful staff more than make up for it, creating an overall positive experience.

Starting with our arrival, check-in was fast and simple. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, offered us a map and showed us nearby attractions. Room was a decent size for western Europe. Cleaners were good and kept room tidy. Breakfast was from 7am and had a good variety to choose from- 3 juices, tea and espresso machine, multiple pastries, cereal, egg, bacon, fruits and dessert. Central location made transport easy. Check-out was simple. No surprise fees. Overall, I would recommend.

There was not many facilities- restaurant for dinner, gym, spa. That being said, all of these things were in walking distance and I knew during booking that they did not have them
