Spacious apartment with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Excellent location…minutes from shops,restaurants and bars . Easy walk to Augusta arch and square where you can get tram 15 to Behlem and Time out market. Near Elevador upto castle and cathedral.

Only as 5 women…one of the bedrooms lacked a wardrobe and not enough hangers…

restaurant below is currently undergoing renovations so it was very loud. Bathrooms are hard to utilize. No outlets or space to place any toiletries (could use some vanity top space or a shelf maybe)

Fantastic location.

Our cruise ship arrived in Lisbon at 6am. Because checking is at 3pm we were told to take our luggage to their office which opened at 9am. When we arrived at the office, we were told that the apartment was ready because no one stayed there the night prior. Had we known this we would have gone directly to the apartment having saved time and money on transportation. Communication up to that point had been very thorough.

Great location in the old center. Very nice appartment all facilties available. On walking distance of mainattractions. Very friendly management. Thank you for the service Jose.

No minus points.

The apartment was roomy and well situated. It is somewhat noisy at night, , given the lively neighborhood. Antonio did a great job of explaining the features of the apartment and even gave us restaurant recommendations. However, we were disappointed that when we arrived at the apartment there was no one there to let us in. I had been in frequent contact with the rental company to keep them apprised of our arrival time. Unfortunately, it was raining and we had to take cover under a restaurant awning across from the apartment. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

the apartment is a great place to stay for a weekend. it is so central right near all attractions, Rossio Sq and the sea front all in walking distance. loveley shops, resataurants and bars on the round and teh surrounding area. lovely old building

It was a little tired and dated and some of the furniture and fittings were well used! It was also quite a small louge - we were only 5 people but 8 would have been cramped

Very central location, close to shops and restaurants but not too much noise late at night. Effective air con (32C during the day!) in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Great to have some condiments for cooking and a good stock of utensils, crockery, pots, pans, some milk in fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift

Ann, our host, was very attentive and helped us resolve the music loudness from the restaurant below. The restaurant staff seemed to understand the situation and no further issues durng our stay. A brush to sweep the floors and some bug spray to discourage some little critters would be useful for future guests.

There are small steps down to the windows, only the ones in the living room are marked. We had to put luggage by the windows to warn us not to step there and hurt ourselves. It's an older building, so the walls are fairly thin. We heard our upstairs neighbor playing very loud music to get ready to go out (they turned it off before quiet hours started), and we also heard music from the street.
