Staff were very friendly. Felt safe and secure. Room is spacious and clean. Microwave, Kettle and Fridge were amazing to have in the room.

Room feels aged (old). Can do with a modern touch. *We did see they are upgrading rooms and removing the carpets. Door key stopped working twice in the full week that we spent here. Door would jam some times when opening and need a firm push. Reception did assist with the Door issue when we reported it.

Nokwanda at the reception welcomed me very well, and I felt at home. She went beyond her duties.

The bathroom needs serious renovation with immediate effect. There are some stains of leakage on the wall. Some places are broken. I can not go back because of that bathroom. The generator was very close to my room. Curtains are no longer moving. They need to be fixed. I also need an option to use steps if I want to. I don't trust lifts, but I was forced to use lifts because the steps were locked. They didn't open them even when I asked for it.

The exceptional servuce from the staff. Snethemba has great customer service. The facilities are clean. This was a great value for out money. We truly enjoyed our stay even the environment is kids friend. Bedding duvet were not of good quality, lumpy, slipping out of covers Room had not window view window was against a wall no view or air at all Air-conditioning is very antiquated and very noisy Curtaining was unappetizing Bathroom facilities also very old and are not polished had mold or waterstained were having green stains showing they were not receiving any cleaning (shower head & bath taps

24 hrs front desk availability of staff and rooms have a microwave and air open enough.

No fault to the property, there was a group of young stars and their couch, man they were noisy but the reception informed us and advised that if we experience disturbances because of the noise we should let them know.

The property was/is closer to all convenient areas in Ballito.

Lower tier coffee in the room, at least something better than Recoffey

The room was huge - plenty of space for my 2 young kids to run around. There was also a microwave in the room which comes in handy for heating food and milk for my little one. The hotel may not be at the beach, but it's close enough. Convenient to get to the mall and nearby restaurants.

I don't like the bath/shower in the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Loved the convenience to all place.

The 1st night in the room, bedding was not clean. It was changed the next day. Once baby cot is fitted you can't move around. Space too small with baby cot

.My family & I truly appreciated the hospitality from Athi as well as the front desk lady who checked us in. We were a family in distress when we booked for the one night stay after missing our flight to Joburg. A lot of stressful event before meeting your most kind and capable staff. We will be back solely because the mentioned staff.

The carpet, the hotel in Ballito can pull resources to change flooring to the wooden flooring from the carpet, otherwise we are keen to stay over there in the future for leisure because of the hospitality received from your staff on duty on the 19th.

Everything was around,restaurants etc

Toilet was'nt working properly in our room,shortage of food in dining area and make sure people meets the correct booking,I was disappointed when I told about the wrong booking. Please improve on food availability and check everything before guests check in on your facility.Except that everything was perfect and thanx that you rosolved the booking issue.⁸⁷
