We have stayed more than once and in different rooms. The rooms are clean, and the manager is very helpful and always willing to meet our needs quickly. The swimming pool is lovely and the surroundings are very green and quiet. Staying at the apartment was very lovely, with more privacy, and loads of space. The room in the building was quite spacious also.

Staying in the room in the building wasn't as quiet as in the apartment. The walls are thin, so we can hear the other rooms. I recommend way more staying in the apartments or bungalows.

Good location, lovely swimming pool, really clean modern rooms and beds especially comfortable.

Access up steep path, they do offer a shuttle service though.

The tranquility of the resort, i love to sit on the spacious balcony in the morning overlooking a fantastic panorama of waving palm trees just in front of me with plenty of exotic birds in the treetops just showing off their fantastic colors.. And the rooms themselves, so comfortable, king-size bed with a good matrass, good a/c , fridge, lovely bathroom, all kept spotless clean by the marvelous staff and oh so good spirited cleaning ladies and men, love them! For me it was a little paradise and a good location from where to explore the island, with a bike.

Some people have made some comments about the rather tricky unpaved access road, I have had no problems with it, for first time bikers it might pose a little challenge..

I can’t understand some of the bad reviews for this place, the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in for weeks, the room was modern, clean and spacious, and the staff were kind. Our ferry to Samui was at 5pm and they accommodated a later checkout, and when a storm started as we were leaving the manager helped me carry 2x heavy bags down to the transfer even though she got soaked! Would 100% stay here again

The staff at the resort were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sunny the manager - she was so eager to help and always has a smile on her face! The rooms were lovely with super comfy beds and were very clean. We were picked up from the port which was an unexpected bonus too.

Location is good for Chalok but you do need transport for getting to other parts of the island/other beaches

The villa is located quietly in between the two 'busier' beach areas. Double room we had was very comfortable, everything you need was there (although our TV wasn't working but this was swapped). Bathroom is spacious and modern enough. Staff organised scooter hire and collection (free) and drop off (100tbh pp).

The pool area is a bit of a let down. Dirty and the equipment is all a bit dated and rusty. It's also a mission of a walk from the double rooms building

We had a comfortable stay at Woodlawn, where we had an apartment with a small kitchen. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed to have simple breakfast with our small son. Apartment was spacious and beds comfortable. I would recommend renting a motorbike when you stay here. Walking is doable but everything is so much more comfortable with a motorbike

Unfortunately pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used, but should be in perfect condition now.

These villas are perfectly located—close to great restaurants yet away in a peaceful area. The bed is comfy, the rooms are super clean, and the Wi-Fi is top-notch. The staff is kind and helpful. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool as well! Great place to stay and rest! And owner is very nice and makes sure that you stay is amazing! Highly recommended! I will be back, for sure!

The service and helping with a longer stay due to extreme weather. Its also quite silence and a good bed :)

First few days I did not get a room service. They made it good the other days tho. So overall good!

we stayed for 3 weeks with two kids in two rooms. fantastic value for money, massive property surrounded by trees, very quiet (no street noice, dogs, chicken, party noise etc.), modern, spacious, bright rooms with black out curtains, very comfortable beds, hot shower (got installed while we were there), helpful and accommodating staff, few little things that needed fixing got fixed straight away. nice pool. the roads in koh tao can be quite rough, so the 200 meters to the property are no issue at all compared to the conditions of most roads going up to view points or beaches.

nothing really, like most places during Covid it could do with a little bit of TLC, but this place is kept exceptionally well for the low price we paid.
