Excellent hotel; great and spacious room, kitchen is good to cook something if you feel like it. The location is great, 7/11 right in front of it and several places to eat drink etc. very close to the Pier. However mind you that the ‘main’ area with the longer beach and multiple restaurants and bars etc is a 5 min. Motorbike ride. Also, a personal thing but there is gym 2 mins away that you can get a day or week pass. Overall, wonderful place with great people. Say hi to their funny cat Ba-Chang!

The breakfast is not bad but if it was changing a little bit (the Thai part changes which is great) it would be better. No big deal!

- Lovely spacious and comfortable room. We spent about a month here and would have liked to stay longer! - Big comfy bed, good air conditioning, working kitchen appliances, etc. - Extremely friendly, helpful staff. We rented a scooter from them and one of the staff spent time teaching us how to ride it. She also gave us recommendations for viewpoints and beaches on the island. - You can avail of laundry services where they bring your clean laundry back to your room for you, so it's really convenient. - There was a nice, varied breakfast buffet. - It's also in a great location with the beach, pier, and plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance.

Everything was just amazing: from very welcoming staff till the last small towel (which are of amazing quality I dunno what they do with them). Extremely close to the airport jet and the main road but still quite hidden. You could rent new bikes and have some basic breakfast. Rooms are crazy clean!

I would appreciate a bit more of green options for the breakfast. It is not much suitable for vegetarians :(. But still some stuff to have a little bite you could find here

Excellent location in the centre of the island, really close to the town and to the beaches / bays, but quiet and relaxing at the same time. Deluxe room has partial sea view (and sunset view, as the windows overlook south-west – check the photos). The room is spacious and clean, no insects inside (except few small ants, but it's normal for even luxury places in Thailand). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast with a selection of vegetables and hot dishes. Will definitely return!

Free coffee served at breakfast could taste better, but you can always order latte / cappuccino at the counter.

We had the Deluxe room with mountain view. It was very clean and modern and most importantly quiet. There is a fantastic little breakfast place on site which is immaculately clean with a great fresh food selection and buffet. The staff are amazingly polite and friendly.

The reception is closed from 5pm to 8am so iam not sure what would happen if there were any problems with something. Although the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, 7/11 etc it is a 25 minute walk to Sairee beach with the beach bars and walking street .

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, spatious rooms, quiet place, nice garden. Many nice restaurants in the area: try square paper around the corner for thai food (some of the best we had in four weeks) or the garden for great burgers and pizza.

Some bugs in bathroom, coming through the windows. Hotel is very nice, but in a very busy area of Koh Tao. As soon as you leave the hotel you are in a main street with a constant flow of scooters.

We loved our stay at Field-D House. A perfect location only a short walk from the Pier, and around 10 mins walk to the main Sairee Beach. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Daily cleaning of the rooms is offered and a delicious buffet breakfast each morning to start the day right. There is also a laundry service offered. Staff were really friendly and would highly recommend!

- Location is close to everything. You can go to Sairee just 5 minutes. 7-11 shop just 3-5 min by walking. - The room has everything you want. You can cook too!!! there is separate kitchen with closing door to separate bedroom and kitchen. - The room is clean and the maids and staffs there are so active haha. they always ask from make up room? if you don't want it. they will the black bag with water and other stuffs for you. - Breakfast is sooooo nice. 200thb breakfast buffet and they do have A La Carte too. ... Total i love it, even you are solo travel this place is so safe for you!!! i made wrong decision to move to new hotel then i missed this place to much. Def come back. cyaaaa <3

Walking distance to the town. There’s a big seven eleven right across the street. The room was clean and their staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with the Thai savory dishes changing every morning. There were always bacon, egg and waffles. They gave me a container to pack breakfast one morning when I was going to miss the breakfast hour (8-11am) because of my diving course.

It didn’t bother me but could be an issue for someone traveling with a friend that the bathroom door does not seal fully. The wooden door is more like a separator than an actual door that provides complete privacy.

It was a quiet enough location (we could hear some music from a bar in the neighborhood, but not enough to keep us awake). Walking distance of the port, close to everything. Very nice garden and cafe (where you could have breakfast). The room was spacious and well furnished (it included a couch, a kitchenette, and a good condition airco).

We found two cockroaches in the bathroom (we think they came from the shower drain, once we blocked that we didn't see any others). The ventilation in the toilet wasn't sufficient.
