Comfy bed, rooms were a good size and clean. The price was great - we paid £65 a night for a family room and the cheapest alternative we could find anywhere within 30 miles was £258! Free parking. Also in a handy location close to shop , deli etc Definitely read some reviews before booking. If you're just looking for somewhere clean and basic to lay your head for the night then this is perfect but if you're expecting something more then I'd recommend booking elsewhere.

First impressions were very poor. The main building at the front is very rundown. Reception was a bit strange, just a man with a laptop sitting at a bar table, he was very friendly however and helped with bags etc as he showed us to our rooms in the travel lodge which is located behind the hotel. The lodge is in much better condition than the building at the front.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room itself was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The location is very good within the village.

The room was listed on Booking as a double bed plus a single bed, but in the room there were actually 3 single beds. Not the end of the world, but as a couple we'd have liked the double bed. The central OYO office in London will call you twice: once to know if the check-in went ok, and once to know if your experience during your stay was satisfactory. I understand you want feedback, but what the heck? This is taking it a bit too far.

Great location to explore Scotland, from here we went to John o groates which is around a 2 hour drive from the hotel. Friendly person who checked us into the room. Room was clean & had everything you could expect.

Bit confusing arriving as I thought the hotel in the front was where we were staying which was being renovated, I think better signposting would be better

Adel was amazing - we arrived late but he stayed to make sure we found the hotel and got into our room with no issues. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation for breakfast! The room was perfect for our family of three - we all had our own beds and the bathroom met expectations. The location was great for a visit to Inverness and surrounding areas, no more than 20 minutes! Absolutely recommend staying here!

Excellent value for money paid. Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and although there were no eating facilities on site there is a lovely cafe across the street and a local shop. Beautiful surroundings. Obviously the young man in charge is just starting out but cannot fault him and has great potential to expand the business in summer months.

It's just like a old cottage. Loved it.

Everything was spot on. The only thing I can say wrong from using a down stairs room is. You can here everything up stairs. Luckily they went to sleep around 11pm.

What I would say is not us but some of the other residents put their televisions on about 0700 with the volume up on a Sunday morning 🤪😳😳0900 start for tellies is better 🙏

Very quiet room and location, perfect car park, and just a few moments walk from all the features of the resort town. Strong WIFI and large room. Check in was super fast and the receptionist was really helpful.

I read some negative reviews after I had booked. Things have changed. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm in an annex behind the original hotel. Don't be put off by out of date reviews.

Perfect location, very quiet. Comfortable bed, clean, excellent shower. Thank you for the crisps & choc bar, tea & coffee. Will definitely be back!
