Tremendous! Andy was a friendly and helpful host. Our accommodation was over two floors (living area downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Everything was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We really liked the many pieces of artwork too! The continental breakfast had a good selection and portions to keep us going for our busy day ahead. Thanks again!

Very minor inconveniences: 1. It was a little tricky to find a plug to use a hair dryer upstairs. We were able to pull forward one of the small bedside tables to use a plug. 2. It would be really handy to have hooks near the shower for towels rather than across the bathroom on the radiator. Again, these were very minor inconveniences and did not affect our stay whatsoever.

The room was very modern, clean and tastefully decorated with touches of Scotland. It was such a bonus having a separate living area downstairs to the bedroom. The breakfast selection was tasty and brought to us on s trolley in our room. We were lucky enough to have the room with a deck so we ate breakfast outside in the sun!

Not an issue for us, but be aware our room had quite steep stairs.

We spent a lovely holiday here! The host was super kind and nice to talk with, he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of useful info. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was just perfect. The breakfast was rich and prepared by the host. The center of Inverness was easy to reach from the B&B. We will go there for sure if we will be back to Scotland!

Nothing!

Accommodation excellent. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Split level living and bed/ en-suite area made the room feel a bit more special with its own outside patio included as well. A lot of attention to detail with furnishings. Breakfast was served in the room on a trolley. Again a nice touch. Kayreen the host friendly and accommodating.

Space for parking a bit limited.

Our host, Kayreen, was very helpful and kind. She even filled a special request I had for an exercise mat by going up to her attic to find one! The room is fully-equipped including a refrigerator. We had a tasty truly traditional breakfast, the only one provided by a host in all of our travels in Scotland. Thank you!

Can't think of anything we disliked.

Everything! Super clean, Andy and Ann had thought of everything, the beds were super comfy (we were a family group and booked all three rooms) facilities were great, water pressure excellent and the breakfast was amazing (really wasn’t expecting so much from a ‘continental’ breakfast!) could not fault

Can’t think of a thing

We had a wonderful time at Andy’s and Anne’s place! It felt like home and was just perfect. The owners have an eye for details. The continental breakfast had everything one can wish for. The B&B is a 15 minutes bus ride away from the town centre. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone but if you prefer to be a bit more flexible it is best to have a car. We will be certainly back in the future.

Located just outside Inverness, the city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Mr Andy is a perfect host, the property is well maintained and very clean. The room is spacious and with a large window. Comfortable bed. Very good international and Scottish breakfast.

The private bathroom is really tiny, with a very small shelf to support the necessary for shaving and personal hygiene but, all things considered, for 2 nights it can be adapted.

The owners are amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms(we had a living room/breakfast nook, upstairs ensuite loft like bedroom), were gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great view of the city and lovely gardens. Off street parking. The included breakfast was over the top!! Great place to stay 10+++.

A bit off the beaten path.. SatNav had a hard time finding it but Google got us there. Not really an issue. Well worth it!!
