- Small but very good private clean sandy beach, perfect water entrance so you can swim not walk too far. - Comfortable room, bed, pillows, everything. Good wide enough balcony. - Room cleaned with linens changed every day. Overall very clean and nice odor everywhere. - Private underground parking with direct access to the lobby/rooms by the elevator. - Good variety of food, mostly different every day.

- Lack of fish in dinner menu: only single type of fish everyday. - Rather expensive during the racing week, but I believe it’s with all hotels at that time.

Everything, quick response in everything, in room cleaning, reception service, food restaurants, really their service is above and beyond, I and my wife and my 7 month old daughter really enjoyed it, everyone is already a player with my daughter and tried to give her a very nice attitude and a pleasant feeling in a hotel and also Many thanks to Thea at the reception for the quick check-in and check-out and her good service, the food is very tasty and I recommend it to everyone!!

There 2 times whereni feel were treated differently because of iut skin color/race, some staff are friendlier to white visitors than non-white, its subtle though but palpable

An excellent place to stay in Abu Dhabi, whether on a business trip or a short holiday. Very spacious, great beach and pool area. Breakfast is very varied, the hotel is very pleasant. This is not the first time I have stayed here, and upon check-in, I was given a room better than what I paid for at no extra charge. It is very nice!!!

You have to take a taxi to get to any shopping center or city park, but this is normal since this is a hotel with its own beach. There are a lot of people during the season, so sometimes you have to wait to have breakfast. If you come for breakfast outside of peak times, it's fine.

We had a beautiful view of the Quasr Al Watan and the dinner buffet is very good, many many options. There are different themes on different nights. We ate on the asian buffet night and the international nights. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional.

All the upper floors from 8 up are smoking floors. We got an "upgrade" wich was not an upgrade and more of a downgrade to a room in the 4th floor even though we originally booked another room in one of the higher floors. So don't fall for that. We then got a room in the 14th floor (smoking room) but the smell of cigarettes was very strong and off putting for us as non-smokers.

I stayed at the 15th floor. I liked the room and view from the room outlooking Qasr Al Watan. Some staff were friendlier than others. Shoutout to the valet parking staff for their professional attitude. The breakfast was good, although nothing special. The pool was good. However, I felt it was too crowded. I also liked the hotel location and overall feel at the hotel.

During check-in we were asked to do PCR testing, even though we did this testing prior to our travel to Abu Dhabi. The hotel offered this service for about AED 40 per person. I did not like the dining experience at Kamoun Restaurant and I felt it was overpriced. Also, one day our room was not cleaned properly and there was a dirty cloth left by the staff on top of one of our luggage.

The entire restaurant staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive. The chefs were accommodating in explaining what allergens were in each dish, as well as kind, respectful, and understanding with our infant, often making her customized food with light spices and no salt. The entire hotel staff provided excellent service and special mention goes to Vanessa, Shaleh, and Anwar who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If you are traveling with young children, I would highly recommend staying here as the staff, amenities, and facilities are very baby-and- kid-friendly, including the pools, wide variety of foods available at the restaurant, Kid's Club, ease of renting a car straight from the front desk, and the thorough cleaning of all the facilities.

Notably, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel provided complimentary extra beds for our child, a gesture that truly enhanced our stay. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms were impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment contributed significantly to our overall comfort and satisfaction. It's an experience that has left a lasting impression on us. We are eagerly looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional hospitality experience. The value we received in return for the price paid was outstanding. Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly worth every moment and penny spent.
