Historical hotel entirely renovated, a perfectly well oiled machinery that provides unmatched value in Abu Dhabi. After many years of roaming around, I made this my home away from home in the UAE (especially in Abu Dhabi), turning away from fancier places like the Conrad ETIHAD Towers that has become overpriced since it’s not JUMEIRAH anymore, or the new RIXOS which has been an enormous disappointment (other review to follow on the RIXOS). The staff is always helpful, efficient and smiling -the latter, happy employees, being to me, a telltale sign of a well managed property-.

There should be serious policing about rude people using their smart phones out loud in the commons, such as restaurant, bar, lounge, lobby. This is obnoxious, and it’s getting worse with time.

The service at the front desk was exceptional - thanks for the help with the bags! Everyone I crossed paths with at the hotel/beach clubs and breakfasts/dinners was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which was very nice. Incredibly varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to walk around in the evening. I would love to come to this hotel again. The sunbeds on the beach are a bit worn out. But by the pool it is very comfortable to lie down and it is very good that there is a separate pool for adults.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel, the beach with turquoise water, the restaurant with super good food. The staff at the restaurant was very kind, we thank them for the impeccable service especially to Aiuito, Christian, Edna and Surya

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. But what really made our night special was our dinner at the Terazza restaurant, thanks to Lee. She's amazing - she helped me surprise my husband with a "Happy Anniversary" dessert, drinks, and a specially decorated table by the window for the occasion that made us smile. Lee paid so much attention to all the little details and made our celebration super memorable. The whole Terazza team created a cozy, romantic vibe that we loved. From the comfy room to the great food, everything was awesome. We totally recommend this place, and we can't wait to go back and make more memories.

It is a bit tricky going to the beach with a toddler, as it involves crossing the street below ground, especially if it is too hot outside.

Great hotel. Great view from the beach. The children were fascinated by the pools. They had a lot of fun in the wave pool. The restaurant on the beach had a great beach design, and the food was extremely delicious. The staff was extremely polite and supportive in our every wish. And the Jazz bar left us with great experiences. Everything was gorgeous!

The location right at the beginning of Corniche was good, you will need a taxi in Abu Dhabi anyway for most of the time. Complimentary access to the beach club with beach, pools, fitness etc. is very convenient, and you are able to use it the whole day of arrival and departure as well. Staff very friendly, rooms are clean. At breakfast, Christian was always very friendly and helpful. Thank you Alvito, Richard, Monica, Anand, Surya, Asha, Edna, Kajol, Santos, Soyim, Sanjitha, Roshish, with the chefs Pradeep, Amshu, Amal, Priya.

Seaview room not worth the money, next time I would book a standard room.

The Hotel was not just worth the payment but because of Christian I rate this score, we were angry from the check-in day till the last day when the young man who seemed to be the Restaurant manager, Christian was good enough to give us listening ears to hear all that bothers us, I rate him 10/10 not the Hotel because Christian has this customer service approach, he was polite and great with his choice of words, no come my complains about the hotel 1. The Dinner food was so limited, especially for us the Europeans 2. The Breakfast staff was nice (Christian). Still, the food quality was low, omg The annoying part is the Sausage and bacon were rubbish, but all thanks to Christian who met us not eating as we were supposed to. He showed great concern by offering us a free lunch. Still, we couldn't accept that because we had a flight to catch, he went as far as offering us a glass of sparkling wine in the room because according to him it was too early to serve alcohol in the restaurant according to the country law. and so many other points that I can't list due to time factor. Seriously, I must commend his energy in making sure the score was not affected by delivering the glass of wine to the room by himself. Thank you, Christian, for your time, service, and attention, we forgive the hotel because for your quick intervention and honest response.

The quality of the food was bad, but One person made things turn around from negative to positive (Thank you for the care Christian)

The restaurant was so busy and crowded, but the amazing part is having a manager who understands the meaning of hospitality and gives the best of it all, Christian is really outstanding with his performance during breakfast, goes round the offer us a table and still took his time on us making sure we enjoy our meal, His staff too on the other hand are outstanding with service, we really enjoyed every time and money spent for this trip (Richard, Asha, Yonas, Surya) thank you all for the attention given, most bigger thanks to Christian who made it more easier for us to dine, we will be back again

Indeed, it is a well-deserved trip, we have been on a vacation trip in the past month too so many countries, and hotels, and our only regret was not adding more time to stay in this hotel, everything was perfect from the check-in till our checkout we enjoyed every moment spent, the reception staff and restaurant were professionally trained, few moments spent all the staff treated us like they knew us for long, especially Christian was too good with his job, Christian runs around and makes every guest who dines in the restaurant do well, thanks to all the mentioned staff whose name I will mention below, Tamil, Siju, Sanjitha, Yonas, Anand, Surya, Soyim, Kajol, Kabir, Alvito, Santos, Asha, Monica, Edna, Roshish, Vipin and the rest of the team were great, thanks to the beach guys Venkatha, Lakshan, Prithivi, Bryan, and Raju, Azhar you all are super, I cant forget the concierge staff Shyam, Solomon, Abdulie, Amoudu, thanks to the Chefs for the delicious meals Chef Amal, Chef Indika, Chef Priya, Chef Amshu, Chef Pradeep, Chef Bibek, and Chef Umesh, we appreciate, We will be back again

Nice location at the heart of the city close to anywhere attractive to visit, Nice hotel with the most beautiful Resort, the staff were helpful, loving, accommodating, and friendly, staffs in La Terrazza restaurant where we have our daily meals all were topnotch with services and professional to the core, I must say a very big thank you to Christian the restaurant manager and the rest of the staff Richard who supplies us with fresh coffees, Subrat who always give us time for conversation and easy service, Edna and Monica the Hostess, Asha, Surya and Yonas who always assist in clearing our table and replacing our coffees and juices upon request. we appreciates all your efforts so far, you all made our stay a memorable one as far as we are concern, we will be back again
