Excellent, nice and polite staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Great shower with lots of pressure. Perfect pillows. Great breakfast, with a wide choice. Nice views from the sea facing rooms.

Hotel is one of the oldest in Abu Dhabi. Maintenance could be much better and rooms could do with a renovation. Carpets with huge stains is not what you expect at a 5 star.

The pool on the 3rd floor is good for swimming, room cleaning staff were wonderful and so were the front door staff who helped alot with taxis and advice for days out. Near Marina mall which is always useful and the room service food we ordered was excellent.

Beach pool is over-heated so you can barely stay in it, definitely cannot swim. The room itself was poorly maintained and although the cleaners were doing a great job, the hotel should not have been using it for guests with dusty walls, a leaking bathroom ceiling and poorly maintained walls and ceilings throughout bathroom area. Room also smelt musty the whole time and was not made up for the requested number of guests, had to go back to reception to get it was done. Told staff I did not want to move rooms as too tired after travelling but will not stay here again

The beach and pool area is 3 min walk from the hotel but the beach was very nice but small. The sand and the sea was lovely. The pool area was nice also. There was a hot jacuzzi in the area. The kids pool was nice but small and had a slide and the kids playground was nice but small. The kids had a lot of fun though.

The beach and both the adult and kids pools were small. Kids playground was also small. When it is crowded, it can be problematic. The rooms were small and the furniture was old fashioned. The ac in our first room did not work very properly and we had to move to another room. The breakfast should have been included thinking about the price we paid.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Intercontinental with my family. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and of high standards with a lot of different local and international choices. We liked the resort area and outdoor swimming pools, as well as, the private beach area a lot. The facility was neat and clean, with excellent service.

The bed was excellent. But the room is little dim in light. Your reception Mr. Fred was very accommodating. The also the staff Monaliza is very nice to speak.

The breakfast was rich and of a great variety. The lication was excellent. The staff was very kind and ready to satisfy our needs in a perfect way.

The breakfast was the same everyday. The carpets on the floors corridors were dirty and need change.

Hello. I was very satisfied with the breakfast and lunch. Much better than I could have expected. Excellent. I would recommend the hotel and the breakfast and lunch to everyone. The staff were also very, very friendly and professional. A 10. Without a doubt, if I return to Abu Dhabi I would stay at the same hotel again.

I liked the way the staff treated me, especially those in the restaurant. The chef is a real gentleman. I asked him for a recipe, because he made a very, very good dessert, and he sent me the recipe. I can only say that they are a team of professionals. Also, the waiters are very, very attentive and friendly.

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and they were very helpful in allowing us to check in to 1 of the 2 rooms we had booked so that we could freshen up and rest a bit. They also made sure the second room was available to us as soon as it was ready.

Very nice hotel, excellent and varied food, wonderful view from the restaurant. Pleasant outdoor restaurant, nice surroundings of the hotel. Also the hotel beach and pool is very nice and clean.

The hotel beach was a bit far, a twelve-years old child could not sit in the beach bar with us, even if he only drank juice. We could not move chair from the restaurant 5 meters to the chess, the staff asked for it back even when the restaurant was empty. Sometimes we felt that the staff was bullying us.

Mr. Ramly was very courteous and helped us throughout with very warm welcome. Overall services were excellent.
