Staff are super friendly and attend to your needs in timely manner. They are professional in their demeanor and very polite in speaking. The room overall is also exceptional including the bath tub. My niece enjoyed using it. The pool and breakfast was also very nice.

I am not sure but I think the bed was a little smaller for a twin size bed. Also I hope the tv was wall mounte so there is more space to place a little bigger table.

Tha pool was perfect, allthough it was windy outside. The guy that added the bed in our room was so discret, we didn't realise when he finished his job. The richest breakfast that we ever had. At the end of oru breakfest a lady came to us to apolagise for any incovenience that we might experienced, given the fact that it was a crowded morning. We'll come back for longer stays.

The fact that the pool form the PR3 level was closed and that wasn't writen (public) anywere. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. The waiter was very nice and the food was good, but not for a 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel looks much nicer then that reastaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing experience. We enjoyed the hotel's great breakfast and dinner, which was always delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities we needed for a pleasant stay and a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located, and the private beach it offers is great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation spot. The staff, food, location, and beach were all top-notch. My family and I genuinely enjoyed our vacation stay at this hotel and will definitely return.

There was an unpleasant smell in the shower

Lovely looking hotel and The Pearl lounge in particular was nice for food and drinks.

I would personally say it's more of a 4 star hotel based on the breakfast & buffet food and room amenities. The breakfast is nice enough but lacks 5 star quality, the same goes for the buffet. The breakfast was a reasonable price but we felt the buffet dinner was a little steep. There was a fridge in the room which lacked beverages (nothing in the minibar). There was a nice sized bath in the room but again lacked face wash, bubble bath etc. We had cocktails in one of the bars but in comparison to other 5 star hotels, it lacked a bit of quality by way of strength in the alcohol. Verdict: lovely hotel but lacks in areas in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in for similar money.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent assistance throughout our visit—from check-in to check-out. Our room exceeded expectations, offering fantastic features. My husband, who smokes, particularly appreciated having a balcony, and the stunning view made it even more special. We chose this hotel because of its ideal location for the marathon, and it could not have been more convenient. The beach and swimming pool were beautifully maintained, offering clean and relaxing spaces to unwind. One evening, we enjoyed drinks at Lexx on the terrace, which was a delightful experience. This hotel truly impressed us, and the next time we visit Abu Dhabi, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Nothing not to like

Beautiful establishment: my room on the 43rd floor had beautiful views! The bathroom is so beautiful too. The shower head delivered marvelous rain shower. It was so quiet, rooms are well insulated. Conveniently located; you can walk and running tracks nearby. kind and helpful staff. Breakfast options were many including gluten free and lactose free options. I loved my eggs

Room service was a bit of a let down; I ordered food and it was just brought on a tray already cold. Most hotels have that food warmer trolley. The WiFi was so slow and at times not working.

The staff is excellent. We were visiting with our children and everything that we could ask was there with in minutes. The people at the restaurant the chef the waitress people in the kitchen I can not say enough. Concierge! What a gem the boys are there ! Best suggestions helpful and warm people. You made our stay to remember. The boys wanted to be back. Everyone at the door were always helping with our stroller and shopping even sometimes with the boys! This amazing team is the heartbeat of this hotel !

The rooms are a little tired and not very clean. The beach was too small and not good to swim as boats leave oils all around.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, without exception, especially the chefs and staff at the SAHHA restaurant. Everyone is extremely positive. The food is also very tasty. The pool was great too. The room was very clear and cosy, the view is amazing. We spent some time also in spa area, which was big and cosy. Everithing was great in general.

The seashore was very shallow and mossy, possibly because of the weather, and the water was too warm. That's why we mostly spent time in the pool. It would be very desirable to have a real espresso machine in the room. I think it's time to replace shower gels and shampoos with higher quality products in reusable bottles. I hope water bottles are recycled too, because the use is too much. A jacuzzi next to the pool would be great.

We loved our 10 day stay. We stayed in a king room with the Emirates Palace hotel view. We initially toyed with getting the next size room up because we don't like small hotel rooms. But we needn't have worried, the king room we got was perfect. We tried pretty much all the facilities in this hotel and ate everywhere (except for Lexx, we just didn't get round to it), the mixed grills at Pearl Lounge, the Breakfast at Sahha, the dinners at Verso all so delicious!. The staff were also lovely, the pool side attendants, Elaine for the manicures, the room cleaners, the reception staff, Brenda and the girls at Pearl Lounge! The guys at the main entrance hailing our taxis and giving us recommendations, the girls at the gym reception, the entire Sahaa team! Everyone couldn't do enough for us. The location for us was also perfect. We could walk down the Corniche, and took short taxi rides to all the attractions and malls. This hotel is special, we would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Abu Dhabi, or even Dubai. Thank you Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi..

We had to call out a technician a couple of nights because of the AC, which for some random reason just kept creeping up in temperature overnight. But apart from that, no complaints at all.
