Room was clean and well maintained and had a great kitchen. The car park was easy to get in to and the back door to the hotel was opposite the parking spots, it was very well worth the extra per night to park there. The pool was clean and warm, great place to relax as it was quiet even with other people there. The gym also looked great, even though I didn't go in I saw others using the equipment, and they did not look unhappy. The key card used for the room also activated the elevators and reception front door, so I felt very secure in my room while I slept soundly. There is also a retro gaming museum a 10 min walk from the hotel, and I insist you check it out. You can see the old gaming consoles all the way up to current and even play the ones they have in the gaming area! It was definitely a blast from my past! There are plenty of food places within walking distance, but I got uber eats to the front door. Super convenient.

Cannot think of one thing that I didn't like!

We loved the location- everything was a short drive if you want to do a day trip and a 10 minute walk to a strip of restaurants, there is a cafe down stairs for morning coffees! The room was clean and room service was fantastic everyday, staff were extremely friendly and catered to anything we asked- we had a toddler with us so we had asked for a porta cot and high chair in the room and those were both there waiting when we arrived. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Perth we had a great time!

Location very handy to train station. Shower quality was excellent. Bathroom lines plentiful & changed regularly. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchenette very useful. Good sized fridge. Staff always helpful & friendly. Coffee machine in reception area a bonus for addicts like me. Balcony & clothes airer great for drying clothes. Accessed gym every day. Pool was fantastic.

An ice cube tray and a couple more teaspoons would be helpful. Our apartment had 2 teaspoons and 3 ea cups, plates, glasses etc.

Great location, really close to the RAC area and also a short walk into the city. The apartment was very clean and came with a full kitchenette and laundry facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a pool and a gym but we didn't have time to check those out. The hotel was very secure as you need a key card to gain access after certain hours and the car park was very secure too. Great value for money and would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about everything was great.

I loved how clean the bathroom, kitchen and room was when I walked in. The washing machine and dryer were modern and clean also. The room had everything I needed. The air conditioning was up-to-date and easy to use. The hotel is in an excellent location. It's a walking distance to Hay Street Mall and Elizabeth Quay. It's also a close walk to the train station and the Red Cat bus which is free is just across the road from the hotel - so convenient ! There's a swimming pool and a gym in level 4 which is pretty fantastic. I would stay in this Sebel Hotel again the next time we're in Perth. Highly recommended!!!

The bath towels could use some updating. I like towels that absorb. That's the only thing I would change about this Sebel. In hindsight, I probably should've asked front desk if they have better towels in the storage room.

Hotel had all the facilities we needed as a group. Parking was easy, $19 a night. Staff were extremely friendly and available for anything we needed. Rooms were large and spacious, lots of body wash, shampoo/conditioner etc in bathrooms, and having a kitchen was super handy. They were rolling our Nespresso machines at the hotel and our floor had them. There is not much in the area (good as it was quiet and awesome for a good night sleep) but it is a 15 min easy walk to the city centre. Beds mega comfortable. Only feedback I'd suggest to Sebel is to allow us to tap for the security bond. They needed a physical card to process the bond and I didn't have one (not had one since Covid and everything being tapped on phones). Would recommend this hotel for sure. In terms of accessibility, while I didn't see an accessible bathroom as no one in my group required it, the hotel itself is accessible everywhere, wide doors, lifts and so on. The pool closes sundown so no late night swims if that's your plan, but there is an awesome outdoor area with BBQ that you can use until 10pm I think which was handy too. Gym is also well equipped.

Nothing. We liked everything.

Large room, with washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed. Beautiful pool (although the weather was too cold to swim) and well equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lack of storage. The desk and bedside tables must have been designed by a designer with no idea of practicality. There are no drawers or horizontal surfaces to store things. The cupboard also needs drawers and more shelves. This would make a long stay very inconvenient as there is no room to unpack clothes. Also, the screen door to the balcony does not lock, so it does not feel safe to sleep with the balcony door open.

Location was good as we were going to regal theatre. The room and bathroom were spotless, not a stray hair or speck of dust. Room had blackout curtains. Lovely set up room. Small kitchen if you wanted to cook and plenty of kitchen ware and pots, pans supplied. Microwave. Big plus under cover parking (paid) but safe and secured accessible from hotel lobby and well lit.

Unfortunately no bar or restaurant on premises. They do have a vending machine in lobby.

What a great find - could not fault our stay in the slightest. Spacious rooms with great soundproofing, practical kitchen with all the utensils you’d need, in-room washer and dryer, comfy bed, excellent shower water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful, on-site undercover parking was so handy ($19/day). Just a hop and skip away from the CBD or 5 minute drive to Kings Park. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Perth!

Well appointed serviced apartments with a beautiful pool area and fitness centre. The pool was a highlight, with varied seating options, including loungers and cabanas and accessible access for those needing this option. Pool safety instructions well displayed. I didn't use it, but also a spacious BBQ area. Apartments had everything needed for a short stay including cooking facilities. The location is good, close to several CAT bus routes and easy/close proximity to the Perth CBD and Kings Park. Would happily stay here again.
