Apart hotel in center of Palermo. Breakfast is included. Newly renovated room, comfortable bed with good linens. There is a refrigerator in the room with free drinks. You can ask for a kettle in your room. The air conditioner worked well for heating. Attentive administrator

It would be nice to make a pull-out in the bathroom, as well as hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There is no place for bathroom accessories and things. There is a big noisy street under the window, but we had earplugs. It would be great if they were in the room just in case. Big problem with parking in whole city, no privat parking in this B&B

Ever-smiling and helpful Veronica greeted us warmly and from there our experience just got better and better due to the excellent location, spaciousness of the room and great breakfasts. Loved our little balcony which meant we could witness a city waking up and check out the local street life. Restaurants a minute away, bus stop and the Hop On Hop Oof bus a block away. Via Roma next door was a direct route to the train station. Veronica’s attention to the room and helpful ideas for eating and activities were much appreciated.

Would have liked drinking glasses in the room, not those horrible flimsy plastic cups. Would have appreciated liquid hand soap and a non-slip mat in the shower. Pillows were a little dated. But I am just being picky here.

This is a fantastic hotel in a very safe area of Palermo. Very clean, quiet and a comfortable bed with a fridge in the room with some nice welcome drinks. 👍. Some great local restaurants and easy access to public transport for trains and ferries. A short 10 to 15 min flat walk from the central tourist areas of Quattro Canti for sight seeing but a much more pleasant area to finish off the night. And Veronica is super friendly and full of great tips. I would stay here again I'm a heartbeat

We have travelled Europe for several months, and experienced the best and worst in hotels. Amarillo is exceptional in being among the best for its location, service and cleanliness. Our room was modern, and well appointed with kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee and the rest. There are many good restaurants nearby and the main tourist promenade is only two streets away. A special shout out for Veronica, the host with a ready smile, a wealth of tourist information and excellent barista skills. And for Giuseppe also, the amiable owner who toured us about the region for a most reasonable price.

Excellent accommodation in centre of Palermo, everything was really close - centro storico about 5 min by walk, cathedral 15 mins, apartment was huge with very comfortable bed, big bathroom and every day was perfectly clean, breakfast was basic with some pastries and toasts, ham cheese, but for us sufficient. Special thanks is for Veronica for her approach , she was very helpful with itinerary, tips for bars, restaurants also with rent car. Thank you for special experience, next time in Palermo we want to be accommodate again here.

Top location, close to the very touristic part, yet a bit outside, and to a posh part of town with more local bars. There are plenty if delicious restaurants around. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with 2 small balconies. The hostess Veronica was super nice, hospitable and helpful. We booked last minute and I think we got a great value for money, definitely feeling lucky! I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. The accommodation is located just around the corner from the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi on the Piazza Ruggero Settimo which is where the express bus from the airport stops. It is very central and super easy to find your way around the city from the location. Breakfast was good and was typical South Italian. The host Veronica was very helpful and gave super tips for Restaurants and Sightseeing in the city. The accommodation was very central, super clean and the staff very friendly.

The buffet breakfast - prepared by Veronica - was excellent and plentiful. The location was superb, about 10 minutes walk from the historical centre as driving in Palermo is a bit of a nightmare for foreigners! The room was spacious and incredibly quiet. Veronica runs the day-to-day business and was extremely helpful during our stay and gave us a lot of useful tips re sightseeing. She went above and beyond her duty to ensure the guests were well looked after.

This review refers to their second property in Via Emerico Amari 66. It's located in a nice palazzo at the edge of the old town not far from the harbour. It is in a pedestrian area and therefore rather quiet except for some noise in the morning from inside the building. Spacious and elegant room. The staff was amazing. Due to the difficult parking and traffic situation they waited for us at the nearest intersection and parked our car in a secured parking. Whenever I contacted the staff, the answer came immediately and all my requests were immediately met with friendly attitude and big smiles. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality.
