Location was great! Close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Quiet area with lots of parking where I felt safe travelling alone.

I don't really have any complaints. I was there right around check in time and one lovely lady was at the desk helping everyone as quickly as she could. There was a bit of a line and two to three other employees that I only assume could have helped her but did not. Good thing she was so pleasant, quick and efficient because it could have been a worse situation for someone that might not be as patient as me.

We were in town for a wedding, so our stay was from Saturday, Marxh 9, through Monday, March 11. This property is located in a great spot away from city lights/noise, but incredibly central to many restaurants, a mall, movie theater, and many stores for anything you may need. The property has ample and safe parking, and the hotel is kept very clean in both the common areas and the rooms. Beds/pillows are very comfortable, and all the linen (sheets and pillowcases are good quality and very soft and fresh. The towels are good quality and very clean and fresh as well) Toiletries were all Dove products, including a small hand bar for the sink and shampoo, conditione, and liquid bath soap in the tub/shower. The bathroom was spotless! The included full and varied breakfast was excellent, and the entire area is kept very clean and neat. The breakfast attendants are super friendly and helpful (please make sure and drop a tip for them. They deserve it!) Lastly, the front desk staff! They are as nice as can be, very welcoming and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay. They even made sure to let us know that daily, they hosted a late afternoon ice cream & cookies in the lobby area WOW! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area, and we definitely recommend this property! You won't regret it.

There was Nothing not to like!

The staff was the absolute friendliest I have ever seen in ANY holiday inn and suites. They surprised my husband for his birthday with chocolate covered strawberries and balloons and a hand written letter. They accommodated our early checkin. I have never been more pleased with our stay. It threw me for a loop with how friendly they were and thoughtful they were. I would stay here at this location again in a heart beat. Thank you so much to this location for how incredible we were treated.

The beds were super comfortable! most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel!

The check in time. 4 o’clock is just so late but they did say I could call the day of and see if I could check in early. unfortunately called an hour before and they said they couldn’t as all rooms were booked. But at least they offered and checked to see. The shower curtain. It blows into the shower and sticks on you and if you put it out of the tube then the floor gets wet. very odd and uncomfortable having a shower curtain stick to you and who knows how many other people.

Its location is good: close to highway entrance, and close to a large number of restaurants.

The single pane window makes the room noisy. Even people talking in normal voice in the patio below makes me feel noisy and have to turn up the volume of the TV to offset the disturbance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff on 3rd floor was friendly.

What I did not like was that 1) that staff told me on phone prior to arrival that hotel had generator back-up which it does not have. 2) staff also told me that only 1st and 2nd floor allowed pets so I chose the 3rd floor because I did not want to be on a pet floor. Then I saw people with pets checking into 3rd floor rooms. I was disappointed that staff misinformed me about 2 issues that were important to me. Also refrigerator was defect. It turned everything I put in the fridge to ice. Probably needs adjustment or repair.

I had to make a last minute reservation because the previous hotel could not locate my reservation. When I went to check in the clerk did not see my reservation. However, he stated he could check a different server and there was my reservation. He stated it happened all the time with 3rd party vendors so he knew exactly where to look.

There was NOTHING that I didn't like

Room/bathroom was clean and comfortable, bed was also clean and comfortable. Good location to get to downtown Tampa, also far away enough to have quiet. Restaurants and highways very close by. Staff was professional and courteous. Hot Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Pool was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies and ice cream in the evenings.

Nothing, all was great.

Centrally located in a great area with easy access to highway, local restaurants, and entertainment. Easy 15-25 min drive to downtown and other local area attractions (zoo, aquarium).

Not much to add here, really enjoyed our stay.

The property was extremely clean! The front staff especially Brianna and I believe (Joanna? she was blonde) were incredible! Really convenient to Brandon malls and food. Pricing was great too! Highly recommend and we will stay here again very very soon!

The only “odd” thing, breakfast was good but both days they were out of forks and bowls.
