I loved the private beach, the kayaks, and the outdoor gathering spaces. We went to the beach in the morning and sat on the hammock to watch the sun rise. We kayaked the area, beautiful shoreline and calm water. We cooked several nights on the grills and sat around the fire table to socialize, very inviting and peaceful. The Air Conditioner worked perfectly and we were very comfortable in the huge bed.

Next time we will book a separate space for our teenager.

This place was remarkably tucked away against a quiet strip of ocean front property. Even though it was only two blocks off the main road, we couldn't hear any traffic. It was so relaxing and even when it rained most of the day, we hung out in the room comfortably reading. The pool and room was very clean and A/C was excellent. This is very important in such a humid outdoor environment. We utilized the paddle boards and enjoyed paddling in the calm waters of the bay. The outdoor seating was well lit and a nice location to meet other people staying here. I would definitely stay here again.

I really wished we could have stayed longer. The only thing we didn't like was the humidity, but that's obviously not the fault of the resort.

The is a really cool and cute property! I loved that it was small and very well maintained. Everything was very clean. The room was great size, bed was very comfortable. We had a small fridge and a coffee area.. Bathroom was nice size. We had nice chairs right outside our room. They have a nice pool and "beach" area with chairs, kayaks, paddle boards all free to use. It's not your typical beach though, no beach entry and the "sand is more like pretty sand & rock ground down, but still very nice. There is also a dock with chairs so you can watch the sunset. The place is really great. Check in was easy and staff was nice. It would be a great property to have a family gathering, renting out all the rooms.. I needed to get my nails done and Chris gave me the name of her nail lady and I was able to book an appointment. Thank you! Pictures are of Sombrero Beach

Rugs on either side of the bed would be really nice. The TV wasn't full screen, I think that had something to do with the internet. Would be nice if they had black out drapes.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room. Also the AC and fan in the room worked well. The BBQ areas were amazing, very relaxing! Not to mention the other amenities the hotel offers but unfortunately we did not manage to make use of the bicycles or kayaks during our stay due to weather conditions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The location was amazing, Marathon is located in the centre of the Florida Keys, you can go anywhere. There is also a fuel station, a breakfast diner, a supermarket and restaurants very close to the hotel. The area where the hotel is located (Florida keys in general) is very quiet and relaxing.

The BBQs are shared and situated around the property - the rooms in front of the driveway do not have a BBQ in from of their room. There were 4 BBQs situated at the back of the property, first come first served. Room 3's bed was situated in an incorrect layout, the TV was on the side of the bed and there were no electric sockets next to the bed. I suggest that the layout of the room is altered as the 2 electric sockets were located in the correct place (i.e. in front of the TV). Another suggestion would be to have a long mirror in the room. The only available mirror was the one in the bathroom.

Office staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good separation between bedroom and living room with enough space to center the table to make a workspace. Outside spaces were maintained and had a nice ambience. We liked sitting at the end of the dock when chairs were available. Location was easy to access and had minimal issues with parking near the room.

Bathroom sink didn't fully drain due to design vs. plumbing issues. No exhaust fan in bathroom (but was less of an issue than I thought it would be). Window air conditioning units were loud but did cool the rooms. Sound insulation was MINIMAL in the space and could very easily hear neighbors and any activity outside. Issues with fully closing doors within the unit. Glass in living room window was badly cracked and needed replacement.

The location is fabulous. So tranquil off the main road. Plenty of free parking. The room so cute but spacious and very clean. Communal BBQ area which we used daily as only microwave in room. We bought some paper plates etc. they do provide coffee. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Kayaks and a paddle board to use. Beach towels provided. Bikes too although we never got the chance. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Absolutely loved how quiet it was. We had a very clean room and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a private pool and private beach access, free kayaks and paddle boards to take and so much more! It is simply beautiful! Good restaurants and pubs near by!

There was an awful smell outside but we weren’t sure if it’s from sewage, a storm or the ocean.

This property is right on the ocean. It has a sandy area right at the shore but no beach. There is a place to launch kayaks and paddle boards from so i suppose you could take a dip there. They have lounge chairs and a hammock for you to use. Right before you get to the sandy area, they have a really nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a dock area with Adirondack chairs to hang out on and watch the waves. I really enjoyed watching the resident iguanas over by the sea wall. The staff was really nice and helpful with dining recommendations and directions to the local beach.

Honestly, I liked everything. I guess if I had to say, it would have been nice to have the beach right there, but the pool more than made up for it.

We had a really great time at Seascape. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and adequately equipped. We had a great view of the sea on the 1st floor. The whole area was invitingly laid out, with a beautiful pool, barbecue facilities and many different comfortable seating options. There are also kayaks, subs and bicycles available to rent. And a coffee for in between. We really had a nice time. Thank you and greetings.

Very well kept and clean with such a friendly receptionist. The property is situated on a very beautiful spot right next to the sea with own little private beach and kyaks. They accommodated us on very short notice and we had a lovely and relaxing stay.

We would have loved it if there was a light breakfast included.
