Nice pool and sauna, the point was beautiful and and the service was excellent

The pool was amazing. The room was clean when we first got there. Great location!

I had to call for housekeeping to even clean my room two nights into my seven night stay. When they did come they didn’t do much. Left crumbs and sand on the floor. I asked for a clean sheet on my bed and they wouldn’t do it.

We loved how friendly and accommodating all the staff were! When we checked in, the first hostess welcomed us and gave us a rundown of the entire facility- including the complimentary bikes! That came in great use for us! We met the groundskeeper, Eddie, and had many pleasant conversations, including great tips about Marathon. Joni at the front desk was also very helpful and able to answer all our questions and make accommodations for us! We were able to use the hottub late at night, there was almost no noise, and the resort was beautiful.

My only complaints are that the bikes are a bit old and used, we had to stop to put the chain back on a couple of times, but Eddie fixed it right away when we told the hostess. Also, breakfast is great, just not what you expect. You see the front desk and get a to-go like box and heat up your food in the little dining room.

Marina Veiw, Rain shower in Bath, Staff very friendly, Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, beach/hamock area next to tiki bar, the pool was crystal clear, well balanced regarding chemicals, great temperature as was the hot tub! We were on a sailboat and took three days to get away and stop rocking around as it had been windy at anchor for a week or more. The Plaza Grill across the street for fine dining provided excellent service and menu with a very good wine list.

There was an unpleasant odor in our bathroom, obvious enough that hskg should have noticed. I asked the housekeeper for some spray which she provided but it needed more. Notified the GM who is very pleasant and was appologetic. The Tiki bar had very limited and basic well liquors and charged a high pemium. $ 14 for a well drinks. The carpet down the stairs was not vacuumed during the 3 days we were there. Breakfast boxes seemed like they would waste food if you did not like muffins(sugar) or yogurt. Ther saran wrapped egg/omlette not so appealing. It was just OK. The grounds have such potential but the outside "tidyness" and attention to common areas was lacking. Disclosure: I am a career manager of boutique resort hotels throughout US and Canada. Had a good time!

Everything was great! Staff was absolutely amazing! Chris the manager was incredibly welcoming with our late arrival. Our room was located back off the main road back by the marina and we had a fantastic view. The activities and amenities available were more than sufficient for our stay. We took the bikes out for a nice sunrise over the nearby beach which was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud!

The only suggestion I have is to offer some more gluten free/dairy free options for the boxed breakfast. The prepackaged oatmeal was a great option for me but having more options would be great. Otherwise we have nothing negative to say about our stay

In middle of marathon, near shops. Need car to get around. Didn’t use pool but it looked ok. Room was nice - two double beds and bathroom.

No bar or restaurant in evenings but this wasn’t a big deal as lots nearby. Rooms were a bit humid so floors got condensation - might be unavoidable! Breakfast was ok - filter coffee, bagel with a prepared fried egg or sausage. Some cereal. Said service.

Front desk staff was thorough in explaining the property map and how to find our accommodations. The tiki bar area by the water was very nice and we spent both nights of our stay sitting in the hammocks and watching the stars. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the shower was nice as well. We never used the pool so I don't know how nice it was but based on how close to other shops and restaurants it was, I would 100% stay here again

The resort is stunning. The pool was relaxing, views from the marina were exceptional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay enjoying the resort and exploring the Keys.

Breakfast was a little unusual. You collect a breakfast box from the front desk, containing orange juice, bagel, omelette, yogurt and blueberry muffin. There is also a small breakfast room, which has cereals, coffee, microwave and toasters. It would be easier to just have everything provided in the breakfast room and have boxes available so guests can pack their own breakfast to take back to their room if they want to.The breakfast room could also do with an update. I'd recommend stopping off in the breakfast room to toast bagels and grab some butter if you're just picking up your box to take to your room, otherwise it's not the tastiest breakfast. However, everything else about our stay was flawless.

Room very large and clean. Bathroom is also very comfortable. We only stayed one night so we could not evaluate other services but overall the accommodation is very nice. The wharf behind the hotel is amazing, from there you can watch a breathtaking sunset. It's a very pity that during our stay the bar on the beach was closed, I think that it would be a very plus for overall experience.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. We booked a Marina view, which was very nice. The pool looked very nice but sadly we didn't get a chance to use it. Location was in the middle of the Keys, very convenient. The walk-in shower was nice, There was enough space for our belongings.

The breakfast! Disappointed that we were given a box with a bagel, cream cheese, small OJ. small yogurt, a Blueberry Muffin and an egg (maybe a small omelette) wrapped in plastic that had to be microwaved. There was fresh coffee and toasters. Not your typical continental breakfast.
