For room 2 (disabled guests) Mixer tap strange - you needed to put it to full strength to get warm water and got splashed Shower also a pain to get to correct temperature Toilet was right underneath sink No view (hit and miss whether you get one or not) Not huge gripes but still disappointing for price even if included breakfast Unfortunately the morning we had breakfast there was a builder sandpapering the bar at 8.30am!

Setting is beautiful We had a little walk through the golf club in the wood , sunny day and very peaceful Beds very comfy All room spot on Tea coffee with kettle Very quiet even with a wedding happening at the venue in the evening , we couldn't hear anything. Breakfast was really good ( included)with a choice of fruit juice , tea, coffee, cereals, fresh fruit , and a choice of cooked breakfast too Health centre was great too with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi , changing room safe and clean. Very relaxing weekend indeed .

The food here is the best I have had at a hotel, fresh salads, great pizza especially loved the tuna nicoise. Friendly staff, great surroundings, a short walk through the golf field to a country park. Very easy to get to Gatwick in the morning.

One member of staff did not do well when serving drinks but just needs a bit of training on customer service. It is unfortunately not recommended to walk into Pease Pottage because of the busy road, but the bar and food at the hotel meant it was not necessary to find a local pub.

Warm, comfortable accommodation. As a wedding guest this was the perfect choice and I'd return again another time for a short break. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Everything you need.

I know there were plenty of things to do outside so watching TV wasn't' a necessity but the TV was quite small for the room. The shower head in the ensuite bathroom could do with being lower as the water sprays way past the shower screen and onto the floor.

Excellent hotel and facilities. The room was stunning and very comfortable. Spa facilities were modern and clean. We had breakfast an dinner in the restaurant and both were lovely! Breakfast was included in the room and there was plenty of options for everyone (also had gluten free options). The dinner was lovely, again plenty of options from the main menu or the grill menu - lots of gluten free options indicated on there. The kitchen was under pressure with a large catering order due to a golfing event going on, so there was a delay of 30 mins for food. But the staff were very apologetic, gave us warm bread and butter whilst we waited and a free drink too!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The overall country club was very good in terms of location, standard of facilities and quality of staff and service. I stayed in the self catering accommodation which was a bit tired in terms of quality of furnishings. Sofas are in need of replacement as are curtains and blinds. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen facilities were good. On arrival reception staff were very helpful and escorted me to the lodge and provided necessary detail on the resort facilities. Used the bar and restaurant several times and found it very good in terms of quality and price.

We were disappointed that the pool closed at 20:00 hours and unfortunately we arrived not long before .. However, a lesson learnt for next time. Limited evening bar snacks. Later checkout would be lovely to enjoy the pool facility. However, a pleasant stay and we would return. Our first wedding anniversary and a little card was left.. Thank you

Check-in was great, the staff was lovely, it was my birthday and the birthday banner on the bed was cute. The room was really clean and spacious with good wifi. The health club was a decent size, and the restaurant was great food and drinks.

The shower was pretty terrible, such a great hotel, with low pressure showers in the rooms & health club. One evening having dinner, one of the kitchen staff clearly wasn't happy and slammed the doors to the kitchen twice, which wasn't something i wanted to see. But overall the staff and facilities were fantastic

The setting is beautiful. The spa facilities were very enjoyable and it was very relaxing. The cabin itself was well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda of an evening.

It would have been nice to have had a T.V in the main bedroom. Most cabins we stay in have this and it helps when you have older kids who want to watch their stuff on the lounge T.V. Or play games on it.

Spacious room, really helpful, polite staff. Relaxed atmosphere, great food and all facilities were kept lovely and clean. Lovely location too. The outdoor gym was also a great addition.

It would be nice to have the same Elemis products in the health spa as in the hotel rooms. Or at least a proper shampoo/conditioner in the showers. The iron and ironing board in our room, number 12, was also very worn and the iron left a black mark on my husband's white shirt. We also couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign to put on the door to let housekeeping know we didn't need them. And no phone in the room?
