We liked that it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. The lobby was nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was firm. Linens were good quality.

Food selection was limited, and was very overpriced given the very low quality. Rooms could definitely use an upgrade. Would have been nice to have been told what the airport shuttle schedule was. We were told to come down when we were ready to go and the shuttle would be available but it was actually on a 30 minute rotation and we happened to get to the lobby at 6:03 when the shuttle left at 6:00. Expensive for what it is, you’re paying for convenience.

Did not take breakfast at the hotel as it was expensive for the quantity of options they had. Plus due to food restriction, 3 of the five options on the buffet were not suitable for us.

Have a more variety food rather than having beacon, ham and breakfast sausage that are ALL porc, add a vegetarian option like vegan beacon and / or turkey breakfast sausage. Add pancake or crepe or waffles with Canadian maple syrup.

Spacious, beautiful, welcoming lobby, modern, clean. On-site restaurant… the restaurant hours were excellent. We arrived late in the evening and it was a pleasant surprise to find out restaurant still open. Liked the covered portico over main doorway… nice and wide to allow for at least 4 vehicles to load/unload baggage. Ample parking. Can’t say enough positive remarks about this property. Well worth the price.

We left very early in the morning so we couldn’t catch breakfast. Would have been nice to get complimentary juice and muffins in the room or lobby, since breakfast is technically included in the price for everyone else.

Beautiful room, very comfortable beds and the room was very clean and bright. Lovely indoor pool and hot tub ( open from 7 Am which is very helpful and a nice gym as well. Restaurant and bar on site which was very handy. The food was fine and the service was good at the restaurant. I had the veggie pizza and my husband had the calamari and sausage penne.

It was located in a bit of an industrial area. The parking gates are bit tricky.

The shuttle service was convenient, the guest experience was great, the room was big and clean.

The rate was very high (though I understand we are paying for convenience, and demand was strong).

The location near the airport was excellent and the nearby Italian restaurant called Restaurant Bar Focaccio made this a very pleasant experience. we used all of the hotel amenities and they were great. Restaurant, pool, bar service and breakfast. I hadn’t stayed at a Holiday Inn in quite a while and this one will make me reconsider.

we had Suite with patio and you can oversee tenants from hallway as patio back wall is glass window that covered with sheer curtains. room has kitchen but no plastic forks or spoons provided and no paper towel or paper to clean splashes from water. rooms a bit outdated, our comforter was ripped and pieces of filling were falling out

The staff were very kind and helpful also the driver of the shuttle. Great stay and comfortable bed. Thank you 😊

Some other guests in the hallway were very loud late evening and I couldn't fall asleep for a while.
