I liked the shuttle sevice, how close we were to the airport, and the brealfast option. Not for everyone, and it is pricey, but I was travelling with a grandson and the ability to eat before starting our travel day was a real bonus.

The breakfast was good, but zero gluten free in the generl products. Hotels need to understand the needs of their public. High quality gluten free can be equivalent to regular grain products so a change to gluten free product lines to accomadate one segment of the public is not a big burden as these gluten free lines can be used by general population, as well (provided they are of good quality. Low quality will be a lose lose for everyone). The hidden issue is the amount of wheat (and Dairy) in every packaged offering that is available off-hours. You will be amazed at the reaction if a late arriving guest can actually eat a snack before going to bed, as opposed to going to bed hungry. A small serice step with a huge payoff for you.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room has recently been remodeled. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is nice. And the airport service is absolutely marvelous!

Outside noise during the night, from the train station nearby. One would certainly get use to it on a long term, but for one night it is disturbing. The pillows are very big, awesome to watch tv, but too big for me to sleep. Again this is a matter of preference. Odd thing, no soap holder in the shower.

Great location close to walk to grocery stores. Free parking as well; amazing! Room was spacious! Beds were comfortable. Staff were amazing! Very friendly, pleasant and helped with all of our needs (crib). The hot breakfast was great. They had a good variety and even my baby could eat which is an added bonus!

Honestly there isn't much. The light outside was a bit bright but didn't affect our sleep.

The staff were very friendly. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport - which was very conveniently located to the hotel. So, for the price and location, it was what we expected. While not the Ritz, it was exactly what we needed.

Booking.com. We didn't like the listing on Booking.Com because it said we could check in at 4 am - which is what we needed since we were stranded at the airport. The staff, when we arrived at 4 am, said they didn't have room, and if they did, it would charge an extra night. They said they hadn't written that opportunity into the booking.com site and didn't know what booking.com wrote that.

Location, clean, elevator, air port shuttle every half hour even through the night/ early morning, best price in proximity to the airport.

Was not able to access breakfast— left too early. Simple but better than adequate accommodations. No pool. I would recommend this place because for the price it was perfect.

Airport shuttle, and very nice hospitality. Good room. In the future, would be nice if you can offer a kosher breakfast aswell.

Got room 131. While there someone opened the door and questioned “oh, the room is taken”? Was very upset, so I wanted to lock door with security lock, so, on one side of door, the metal piece was missing. After that, I found out that the sink was broken. I complained, so they gave me another room. Was very upsetting

Everything was perfect. The shuttle was on time, the staff gave me directions to get to my room. Much appreciated when someone is affected by jetlag and feels drowsy.

I asked for a morning call at 5:10 am and did not get it. I woke up on time so not really a problem this time. Many hotels have this issue. If you can manage morning calls that would be a benefit. Thank you for your work.

The Hotel was ok with its standard, the room was very spacious with good facilities. The only thing missing in the room was the kettle. The bedding was very ok and the room was well-lit. The breakfast was very good, with various intercontinental options.

Makes the room tidy and more

My one-night stay prior to an early morning flight out was perfect for my needs. The room was small but more than adequate for my short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (eg I needed assistance with the air-conditioning and someone was promptly sent up to help in response to my request...and solved my issue quickly. The shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.

We just needed a place to stay overnight for a connecting flight next morning. This hotel is very close to the airport and they offer shuttle service from and to the airport. The breakfast was good. This place is better than I expected.

The window curtain couldn't close fully, so we had to use a backpack to keep the curtain closed. There is a vending machine, but just wished they have a water fountain.
