Staff were helpful giving directions to Montreal. There was public transport nearby ie a bus to the metro where the Orange Line took us into Montreal. We had dinner in a restaurant in Place Jacque Cartier Montreal and enjoyed the bus, metro journey and walk round the Veille Porte in Montreal The bedroom was clean and comfortable and there was a lounge next to the Reception. The breakfast included was a buffet and very good. Reception booked a taxi to take us the short distance to the Airport on departure.

There was no restaurant for lunch or dinner in the premises. However the Receptionist said there was one nearby.

The staff was very friendly, and were very helpful along with spoke very good english and french so that was helpful. The room was very nice and very clean and it was very organized. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from. Easy check-in and flexible times!

I can not tell you one thing I did not like about this hotel!

Slept well in the very comfortable bed. I especially loved the super soft pillows! Very good breakfast each morning. We also liked being able to go into the breakfast area at any time of the day and get a fresh coffee. I had an early morning flight on our day of departure and it only took a few minutes to reach the airport. Very good value for the money. The staff are very welcoming & friendly.

Close to the airport. Very convenient.

A large number of people were there at the same time as me and they took up all the space in the breakfast area so we had to take our breakfast to our room. Other arrangements for them could have been made.

This comfort inn was a lovely surprise; I have stayed close to the airport before but was unaware it was so,close,we had a late arrival due to our plane being late leaving Calgary however we were greeted so warmly by the desk ,she advised to eat at the Italian restaurant ,good choice then short walk back where she greeted us again. Breakfast was perfect.

Breakfast a bit sparse, but not too bad. Definitely a good option to stay if you need to take an early flight or if you arrive from a flight in the evening.

The hotel doesn't offer hotel-airport shuttle service.

All basic needs met : very clean wifi , very comfortable bed , AC very good , excellent water pressure in shower , breakfast

No room service ( ordered for delivery from excellent nearby Italian restaurant ) , no elevators ( stay on ground floor room if have travelling luggage !) . Should tell customer at booking about airport transfer !

The hotel is located near the airport. The room was a generous size with comfortable beds. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff were nice and friendly.

The wall to wall carpet seemed dated. As a matter of fact, I never believe that wall to wall carpets are the best choice for hotel rooms as they are not hygienic and hard to clean properly. I am afraid that for this reason the air in the room was stale.

It was a stopover. In at 10pm. Our at 6 am. Our room was fully renovated. Bed comfortable. Nice linen. Very clean

No shuttle bus from airport. This was suspended during Covid and hasn’t resumed. Not well posted. Also No elevator to second floor (luckily they were able to put us on ground level)

The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, good shower. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi drive to the airport and offers a decent self-serve breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, pastry, yogurt, 2 waffle machines). There is a decent Italian restaurant a short walk to the left of the hotel.

There is no elevator, a small breakfast space which gets very busy... lots of young families (if boisterous kids would upset your meal...)
