It's exactly what I asked for: close to the airport, clean sheets and towels, great value-for-money compared with other airport hotels. Bonus: extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a good Italian restaurant nearby.

Upon arrival at the airport, I followed hotel's instruction to call them for shuttle pick-up. I called at least 10 times but no one answered the phone call. I had to ask the airport Information Counter to help me place the call and located the front desk. Nevertheless, the shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved that it was a good value for just sleeping. We needed to be near the airport and needed shuttle service. We got this so it was perfect for us.

We were travelling to Bali and had a lot of luggage to bring to an orphanage. It was very heavy and my co-traveller could not lift due to bruised ribs. The shuttle driver would not help me and I loaded all the luggage into and out of the van by myself. Another taxi driver told him to help me and he said I'm just the driver. I managed but it was difficult. For this reason I did not tip him.

The hotel is just 5min from the airport. The hotel is dated but still comfortable and the staff were helpful. There was an excellent restaurant with in a 4 minute walk. Having a overnight flight I arrived early at the hotel and the staff made a arrangement for a early room which I found very pleasant.

Missing the coffee in the room as I like to have coffee first thing but had to leave before breakfast time for my flight.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Relatively quiet location close to the airport and the highway. Shuttle service was convenient and much appreciated, especially since the airport express bus doesn't stop nearby. Basic room and facilities met our needs. Not many food choices within walking distance. Price was the lowest I could find near the airport. Would stay here again.

Facilities and room were in working order, but have not been updated in years, if ever. Dim room had no ceiling light. Didn't find a thermostat, but the room wasn't too hot or stuffy in September.

I was so happy to be able to get a shuttle very late from the airport to the hotel, and then very early in the morning to catch my next flight. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was also just what I needed. It is not fancy, but it was clean, not noisy, comfortable, with good wifi. I felt safe, too, which was a relief as I was traveling alone. Its proximity to the airport made it very convenient. As I was only staying between flights, I can't comment on its proximity to other sites. But for my needs, it was a good find.

This is really about my mistake--Not following the instructions the hotel gave me to call when I was ready to leave the airport, I called as I was exiting the plane. The driver arrived at the pick up spot before I was able to actually get to the exit, and had to return to the hotel and then come back. I'd just recommend that you make that call closer to the exit doors, to make it easier on everyone!

There’s a suttle rready at the front, but my car was just parked in the nearby Park and Fly lot, which was the main reason why I chose the property. It is also very close to a convenience store, car wash and gas station. This is ideal for a customer like me who has a long drive ahead to get home. I will choose again L’ Auberge on my next stay.

It doesn’t have a Free Breakfast, even just a simple toast or muffin.

Quick pick up from the airport. Despite their shuttle van broke down on the day of our arrival, the hotel had made an arrangement to pick up using a car. The next day, the shuttle van to airport had resumed the service. I appreciated the effort of the staff to make morning call to remind the guests not to miss the morning shuttle to the airport. The guests at the room next door were making a lot of noise at midnight including chatting, shouting and singing. The staff working at night had tried his best to warn the unrespectful guests.

The location is only a 4 minute drive from the airport but you cannot hear the planes from the rooms so our sleep was undisturbed! At the airport you call the hotel for them to pick you up and they are there very quickly. The next morning we were taken back to the airport at the time we requested and were helped with our luggage.

The only improvement could have been the pillows and it might have been useful for us to be able to contact the hotel to ask for the shuttle using an app like WhatsApp as we do not have Canadian SIM cards therefore we couldn’t call from our phones and the airport public phones require coins, which we didn’t have, so we had to ask someone at the airport to lend us their phones.

It was close to the Airport. We used the hotel's shuttle twice. When we arrived at the airport we only waited 10 minutes at most following our call. On our return to the airport we booked a time for the return shuttle. Then decided on a different time. The receptionist was great and arranged a different time which suited us. Whilst the rooms and hotel are very dated and shabby, the bed was big and the room and bathroom were clean. A budget hotel in a good location for the airport for a one night stay.

There isn't anywhere to get anything to eat but there is a vending machine for cold drinks. I could hear the next door shower working but then I was awake at the time. My partner was asleep and it did not wake her.

We stayed a night on a layover in Montreal. The shuttle was prompt. The staff were professional and very nice. The hotel could use some updating, but it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is a small 24h store across the street for snacks. Looked like a safe place to park and fly.

The TV was difficult to figure out.
