Everything was beyong expectations- the room was clean and bed comfortable. The spa is lovely- saunas are great surprize, as they were properly hot! Thank you so much! Best ever is the breakfast buffe, and the view from the restaurant! Just amaing! Staff is friendly, always helpful. I also bought massage- very much recommend! Location is convenient- buses go to every direction very near hotel, some of them right outside hotel door. Old town is a 10 min walk away. Would stay there again when in Serbia. All combined- unbelievable value for the money. Strongly recommend.

Smoking is allowed inside the house, which is a huge negative surprise about Serbia in general. Luckily the hotel-room itself was smoke free, so that was ok, Have not met this anywhere in the world for ~20 years...So be prepared to smell sigarettes almost everywhere...I am allergic and asthmatic, so it was a bit of a challenge...

First of all, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Before I booked it I found some negative reviews about the breakfast and noise so I will tell you something more about this in order that you do not have any doubt when they book this hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It is a combination of buffet and a la carte menu. From the menu, you can choose one of 5 dishes (3 kinds of egg dishes, tuna salad, or toast) + pancakes. There is unlimited coffee and drinks. You can see attached photos. With every dish you can choose different cheese, salads, meets... We stayed 4 days on the second floor, there was a bus station in front of our window, only one morning at 6 am, I heard bus noise, other nights it did not disturb us at all. The hotel is very good for couples. There is a nice spa center, it is small, but they do not allow to be more than 5 people at the moment in the spa so it is ok. We were lucky, except us, nobody was there. You should book it in advance, we booked in the morning for the evening the same day. There is a pool and two saunas. The spa costs 5 euros per person for one hour. The temperature in the pool was ok. The restaurant is placed on the last floor, a very comfortable, pleasant, and romantic place, the view is wonderful. Location - city center, 7 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. They have even wine glasses in the room, you can rarely find them in hotels. Pleasant lobby, I used it during the day for remote work. Wi-Fi is perfect, They clean the room every day. The transparent wall between the room and bathroom. There is a black curtain if you need privacy. The furniture is not new, but it is not bad. The last morning we left at 4 a.m. and we got take away pack breakfast.

There is no free parking. However, it is general problem in Belgrade, so if you want a hotel in the city center, you will have the same problem almost everywhere. The hotel has it is own parking, it is secured and costs I think 20 euros per day. However, it is 5 minute walk from the hotel so when you arrive it can be a problem where to park the car in order to register in the hotel and get permission to use their parking. You can park on the streets everywhere but is also not free, you can pay for it by sending sms (pay for one hour) and it also cost around 20 euros per day but difficult to find free space. There is some garages a 5-7 distance walk from the hotel. I parked my car for free in Shopping Mall Galeria. It is 25 minute's walk from the hotel. At the moment it is still free.

The facilities, breakfast and the rooms were all just perfect. The location was nice as it was within walking distance to the main street, with access to buses from just outside the hotel entrance.

In our friends room dirty sheets were put on their bed, but it was all sorted out by the reception.

Fantastic welcome by the staff. Very clean and excellent room. Excellent location.

The absence of a gym in the hotel.

Such an amazing hotel - really stylish but at the same time welcoming. Staff all super professional & friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent quality & variety in the top floor with outstanding view over the city. Highly recommend booking into a dinner as well - fantastic ambience & meal at the restaurant. Spa facilities very nice. Hot pool, sauna, steamroom facilities - be sure to reserve a slot in advance. Very comfortable hotel room - peaceful, comfortable, a good night sleep. Very well located near to the city centre - fantastic proximity to the old part of town. Would definitely re-book this hotel if returning to Belgrade. We stayed for 6x nights , giving us time to explore Belgrade & take some excursions to Uvac canyon, Djerdap National Park, Lepenski Vir, Golubac Fortress, Krusedol Monastery & Novi Sad, courtesy of Belgrade Walking Tours. We also took a YugoCar tour courtesy of Yugotour. Highly recommend to stay in Belgrade and explore Serbia for a good week long vacation if you can (it’s more than just a weekend city break - in my honest opinion)

Nothing to comment- fantastic hotel, fantastic holiday

The girls at the reception were really polite and helpful when I asked for info. Breakfast was super and the view from the room in which it was served was fantastic. I also enjoyed the sauna and the pool. Location was perfect. You can visit all main sights on foot and most of the buses stop outside the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

There was a party or a celebration which the hotel held during our first night. The noise from the music and the people was really annoying. We were tired from our trip and wanted to sleep at around 10.30pm but it was impossible. When we complained at the reception they said it will be over at midnight. Well, this is not very considerate for your customers. Luckily, it didn't happed again.

From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, every request we had was fully satisfied. The staff was incredibly pleasant, professional, and always eager to help, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I want to give a huge shoutout to the front office and especially to housekeeping team. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-cared for throughout my stay. On top of that, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. I am vegetarian and I had so many options to choose. Restaurant is located on top level with one of the best views in Belgrade. Spa was impeccably clean as well and the pool water was at the perfect temperature. Sauna is comfortable -though I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher temperature for a deeper effect. One suggestion for the steam room would be to add herbal infusions, such as eucalyptus, mint, lavender, rosemary, or chamomile, or some natural herbal sachets. Overall experience 10/10 and would definitely come back

i loved it! it was absolutely perfect stay! Room was cozy and super clean, bed was super comfortable. Restaurant on the roof has view in whole Belgrade, and food was amazing! Personally I was having just breakfasts because other meels on my trip were organized, but it was huge variety of food, all fresh, with coffee, juices, tea and super nice employees! Best of all it that hotel is right above big bus station called Zeleni venac, from where you have connection to any part of the city or walking distance to City center. But even tho big bus station was below, I didn't hear a sound! Rooms are super quiet all day long!

Honeslty, i can't find anything that I didn't like. Maybe smell of provided shampoo hahaha. Everything was great!

The hotel is ok. I had a Presidential suite on the 8th floor, which occupied the whole floor with the separate button in the elevator. The room itself is really big and I would say comfy. It's clean, it has full mini-bar, 2 WC, even a small office, fruits on the table etc. I enjoyed the stay really. The breakfast is extremely great and it is necessary to outline as well, that the kitchen makes a strict separation between pork-containing products and none - this is precious for many people, including myself. The restaurant on the 7th floor is also great for dinner, it has a splendid view and a la carte is also quite rich. The hotel also has its parking area, which is however on the opposite side of the street and stairs down the yard. But in Belgrade it is also really valuable. Nice hotel all in all.

I would say, the hotel doesn't have any drawbacks for me, maybe except for one - when we arrived, the night portier came out to show the way to the parking, but he never offered any help with the suitcases for bot my wife and my daughter. This is strange and very notable. But the biggest drawback is the area - the area is AWFUL and looks like ghetto, rather then just a city district. I didn't feel safe walking around it in the evening. But it doesn't count for the hotel itself - I have nearly nothing to claim.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bed was really nice. The spa was great and I lived the breakfast!

This is not something I didn’t like but it could be useful to know: if you book the hotel with spa access it gives you access for one time for an hour. Additional visits/time need to be paid for. This was not clearly stated on the booking.com app.
