Convenient, clean and comfy. The staff were professional, but several of them seemed stressed, as if over worked. The room was fine and I like the breakfast.

On arrival, I had to park in the back of the property. The back door wouldn’t open without a key and as I hadn’t checked in, I didn’t have a key. The resulting schlep to the front desk was taxing, as I have balance issues. Then, in my ground floor room (110), I discovered that the gauzy curtains wouldn’t close all the way, allowing a distinct gap. I got the impression that the curtains were old and worn and probably should be replaced. Also gauze curtains on a ground floor room seems problematic vis a vie privacy. I felt very much “on display.”

Loved that there was breakfast and that it was good. Plenty of options and food. We went an hour before the end and they were still refilling foods. I've been to many places that stop refilling within the hour and didn't have warm food. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean bathroom and it smelled good in the room. Staff was friendly. Hotel is close to so many things. We had a concert at MVP Arena and it was 14 minutes away (without traffic). (If you're going for a concert or other event leave with at least an hour as traffic is horrible near the arena. )

Everything was fantastic. I was travelling alone and had not planned to spend a night in a hotel while heading home, but I was fatigued and decided to stop for the afternoon and night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, both the shift when I arrived and when I left. Breakfast featured actual real prepared food not just processed stuff in bags and they even had "to go" bags set up for people in a hurry. The room was super clean and comfortable. I had not trouble controlling the temp which is important to me because I like to sleep in a cold room. I would absolutely stay there a second time.

If I had to choose ONE thing, it would be that I would like to have had more than two pillows on the king bed. That is all.

The room was fine, and supplies were fine. The breakfast was great. The staff was lovely. Anytime I have to make a trip to albany, this location is usually my first and only choice. I appreciate the offer to be able to login to Netflix and Amazon video because in past visits I don't recall having that offer. I also appreciated the mini waffle addition.

Not so much I didn't like, but just a preference as the pillows are too too soft. There's no sufficient neck support so sleeping is often uncomfortable for me.

Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but they were still comfortable. Beds were comfy and well made. Breakfast was excellent 👌 (they have a waffle maker with two types of waffle batters). The other hot breakfast items available for my stay were a cheese omelette, veggie patties (which tasted just like regular sausage patties), smoked maple sausage, and Yukon gold potatoes (home fries), which were well seasoned and served hot.

The hotel seemed a little older than the usual Hampton Inn and other conventional midrange hotels.

Very clean room and bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and excellent lighting in the room. The breakfast was very good, not exceptional but everything you would want. Good coffee, and very good service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience staying there.

The property was set back from the road, so it was a little difficult to find. Other than that, there are no complaints about this very good Inn.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. It's close to the airport and walking distance from the university, a shopping area with many restaurants, and a pharmacy. The breakfast was very good, and there was always complimentary coffee and tea available at the reception. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This hotel is not the cheapest in the area but with its amenities it's worth it.

One of the best check in experiences I’ve ever had. Our front desk manager Brittney let us know that our reservation had been lost because our credit card was declined. She helped us get another room and helped me get set up in the business area so I could teach my online college class remotely. We had traveled all day to get there and I was worried I would be late to start my first class. She was calm and efficient and knew just what to do.

Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms!!! Availability of quality amenities: Pool, gym, business center, free parking/wifi. Liked that breakfast was included & warm cookies in the afternoon. Water bottles hilton honors members at check in were a nice touch. Staff: Kudos to Craig for an efficient check in and follow up with a text to ask if we needed anything to make our stay perfect.. Kudos to Diana for her kind care during breakfast!

While loved that breakfast was included with a good variety of options especially hot items, for the price point would have liked a bit better quality food available. Also didn’t like we could hear folks in the next room and late at night could hear someone knocking on a door down the hall repeatedly.

The size of the room and tv. I love the option to take a bubble bath. HOWEVER, your customer service is top notch!!!! Everyone has a smile and welcoming, I get text throughout my stay to make sure I'm satisfied - this is unique to your organization and the reason I will use your service again and again.

The eggs and sausage at breakfast are not real, that was very unpleasant to discover by eating, I wish I knew before hand so I didn't have to be so wasteful. I was easily woken by the hallway noise.
