Close to the University , clean, friendly staff

The pool was closed/ not operational and we were not told, we would not have booked if we knew. Getting a hot breakfast was too involved- my daughter had a tournament at the University and we didn't have time to sit down and order something ... we opted to eat elsewhere. Last year, we paid for breakfast but were very happy with the buffet that was provided.

Really nice room, with a comfy bed. The free parking lot was wonderful and the hotel is located in a nice spot, close to a lot of locations accessible by car. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming.

There was no hot water in the shower, not sure if it was just during our stay or all the time. Only there for one night, so didn't mention to the desk. I also didn't realize the pool was closed, but that could have been my missing the information. Still a bit of a bummer.

The staff is just phenomenal at this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Casey was particularly awesome. It is very close to the orthopedic hospital, so we have stayed here 2x prior to surgeries. So convenient.

There was a dirty towel hanging on the rack (it had makeup stains all over it). The traffic sounds from the highway were a little loud sometimes (totally not something the hotel is responsible for).

Check in was easy. Casey at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Bed was comfy and clean. Black to curtains worked well.

Breakfast was very crowded. No where to sit. There is a big pot hole at the entrance. Not much bad to say we liked our stay and will go back.

most staff were very friendly . close(15 min) to the venue we were visiting. Breakfast is ok. Sometimes not hot enough. Property is clean!!! Will likely stay there again if we return to Albany.

Only 1 staff member at the front desk lacked personality. Not at all welcoming when you approached the desk. All others were great

The property was centrally located and there was plenty of parking. Staff were all super friendly, and there was a great breakfast selection.

The hot tub was not available, which was not stated on the website when I booked. I was looking forward after a 4 hour drive and full days of training.

I enjoyed the evening snacks that were complimentary. After a 9 hour drive, the sliders really hit the spot. It was great.

I wish there was a pool or hot rub, but thats no biggie. Cant change that. Really when i showered i had the heat all the way up and the water was still not hot. So that sucked but id still come back here.

The card scanner in the parking garage needs to be fixed. The key cards work perfectly fine to open the room door, but when it comes to the parking garage, it works when it wants to & 80% of the time, it doesn’t want to

Perhaps it was my threat of us coming home with you! Josh, well done. Show this to your line manager, top class customer service.

I love everything. But I loved the room. The room had everything. The bed was so comfortable and I like that it had a refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave. The size of the room was perfect. The breakfast was so good. Didn’t taste cheep. The staff was so nice and very helpful.
