The property is perfectly located in a quiet area a short walk from the village centre with easy access on foot to all amenities and a short walk from the port (15 mins). Good sized, pleasant room which was spotlessly clean (and cleaned each day of my 4 night stay). Plenty of hot water, good wi-fi, A/C & TV (not used). Access to table & chairs in the peaceful garden I'd stay again without hesitation.

Only minor gripes are that the room had only one very small window which overlooked a small enclosed, unattractive courtyard. The A/C was a little noisy.

The location was extremely easy to get to from the ferry port (albeit you have to walk up a fairly steep hill which could be difficult if you have large suitcases or mobility concerns). The view out the window was stunning, overlooking the bay of Sifnos. It is extremely close to the small town of Kamares for meals, shopping, and beach going and you can rent a car or scooter to explore the rest of the island as well.

The shower was a bit interesting as the shower head didn't fasten to the wall but we made due.

Everything was great and super easy. Short walk from the port, easy check in and check out and with a very practical parking lot a few meters away from the place. It has a nice balcony to chill and have breakfast with the view of the sea. There's also a market closeby, as well as cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

In our room the internet was quite slow and would disconnect. One of my friends had to connect for an online class and it was impossible for her to do so. However, I understand that overall connectivity of Sifnos is not that great, so it may not be something with the property's internet but with the island itself, but I think it's work mentioning in case someone is planning on going to Sifnos and work remotely. In my case, I had data from Cosmote and I could still not get a good signal.

This property is perfectly located close to the perfect Kamares beach, shops, restaurants, vehicle hire, port, bus stop. Air con worked perfectly, outside seating area. Fantastic value for money. We visited Sifnos last year and stayed at Chrysa House. We didn't even look for anywhere else to stay this time as we were soo impressed last year. Sifnos is absolutely beautiful, and next time we visit (hopefully next year) we will book to stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike

We loved our stay at Chrysa House on the beautiful island of Sifnos. The location was perfect for Kamares beach, shops and restaurants and exploring the island by bus.

The air conditioning was very noisy but the room was too warm without it during the night. This didn’t spoil our holiday though.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and a lovely courtyard on which to sit. My room was really spacious with a large bathroom. A great place to stay in Sifnos away from the noise of the harbour strip.

As it’s located further back from the harbour and beach, there is a bit of an uphill walk to get here. But the distance is manageable and I went to the harbour and beach every day.

Great location, very cute accommodation, rooms are nice and clean and the accommodation have a fantastic shared terrace to relax on. Short walk from the ferry. Check in and out was easy, can leave bags after check out. Host is very lovely!

The single beds were a little uncomfortable.

We really liked our stay at Chrysa's place! The location was perfect; it was close to the centre but still calm and relaxing. Chrysa was super helpful when needed, and the room was comfortable and with a great balcony.

Good sea view from our balcony. Situated in a quiet area on the edge of town. Very comfortable bed.

Disappointed that there were no facilities to make tea or coffee, no kettle or cups. Very small bathroom and toilet flush kept sticking. No safe deposit box!

Location good, walking distance from beach and shops. We hired a car from Sun rental and explored the island. Rent cars in excellent condition. Chrysa has lovely apartments with aircon. Buses on time. Thanks for daily cleaning. We were fetched by taxi from the port, and this was much appreciated. It is always good to meet the host on arrival

Maybe 2 plates and 2 bowels could be added to the facilities. The small plate to boil water takes very long, so maybe replace with a kettle. The bathroom we had was very spacious, but it would be nice to have a small table there to have space for your toilet bag etc.
