Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but was good to start the day with decent food included. Rooms, halls and entry were all clean well maintained. Housekeeping hooked us up with extra towels when we saw them in the hallway. Plenty of free parking in their lot that also felt safe.

I will say that the tater tots were a disappointment 😅Tasted freezerburnt and bummed me out bc who doesn't love tots for breakfast!? The woman at the desk when we arrived was off putting and tried to say the room was more and couldn't find our booking even after I showed her my confirmation. I was tired from driving and started to get irritate and loud and all of a sudden it showed up... That was some bs. Otherwise, the rest of our interactions with staff were great.

Property does not accept virtual card payments like Affirm. I tried explaining the convenience of virtual pay which is the same as having a credit or debit card, it is accepted at all hotels and motels . I have used it before at other hotels including Best Western . I feel the front desk just didn’t know how to do the transaction. He was getting frustrated and refused to listen All he had to do was enter the Virtual Credit Card number manually.

When I called late in the evening to add that same night, the young man was pleasant and accommodating. The site seemed secure and safe. This location is within walking distance of the Convention Center where my conference was held.

Chicken strips served each day and never saw bacon, sausage, or waffles as listed on the menu. The price listed by booking was not the same charged as taxes were double what was listed by booking.

bed was comfy, room was quiet

desk clerk was rude and not at all welcoming. Her attitude was that we were bothering her.

The customer serivce desk clerks went above and beyond. Always gave us what we needed with trash bags and towels. The breakfast variety was hot, fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Wished they offered a slightly warmer blanket for cold stormy night it got extra cold and our main blanket was not enough.

Our room had a humidty issue, the entire time there was a watery layer on every table surface and on the walls near the AC. May need to look into that. The shower struggled to produce hot water on the last day but heard it was a hotel wide issue. The ceiling above the shower leaked water possibly a plumbing issue that can be easily fixed but the pop corn ceiling there will all need to be replaced due to the water damage or else mold will set in.

Clean rooms. There is not alot of hassle checking in.

Breakfast was not as good as my last stay. They also let the food run out and we had to wait awhile to get it. She brought out the food container one at a time. And appeared to be ticked that we were waiting for something to eat. The staff seem to hide out in back room until someone comes to the desk. The staff are not very friendly.

The colors in the hotel was very inviting when we were checking out apparently my small children asked for cereal this was at 12:00 noon and one of the amazing staff there actually made them a bowl of cereal I thought that was so beautiful

Housekeeping could have done a better job there was a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor

We left a day early, due to family/health issues at home. The worker was unhappy with me for asking for paper receipt. Also I am trying to check on refund for that day, July 21, and am having difficulty reaching booking.com. They have incorrect phone number due to typo error. Got tech difficulties message on other attempts. Thanks

It was very nice when you walk in and the rooms are very comfortable. The pool was amazing.

I didn’t like when I first walked in the gentleman didn’t greet me. I had to walk up there and speak first. Other than that it was a great stay

Walking distances to popular food places. The staff was very friendly. Over all we felt it was money well spent.

The pillows could have been nicer, the material they were made of was lumpy and kinda uncomfortable after a while. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but at least the important things they we had to touch were clean.
