I have stayed with Embassy Suites for over 20 years I always enjoy the spacious suites and clean facilities and of course the nibbles and cocktails.

This happy hour was very weird. There was goldfish and pepper jack cheese cubes with tortilla chips and salsa. The bar was not at the bar it was in a nook and offered very little to choose from and no diet drinks as mixers. The weirdest moment was when the bartender told me they could make grapefruit juice from orange juice??? It is its own fruit. Then I just became concerned completely about the whole happy hour. Other than that wonderful clean and attentive staff.

Outstanding Breakfast. Omelets made to order. Quality food, I felt like I was eating a higher grade of bacon and sausage. The staff seem eager to take my plate at the breakfast table. The alcoholic drink server was very pleasant and eager to help you decide on the type of drink you wanted. The apple juice was very tasty.

The orange juice was very cheap. I could taste the orange rinds in it. The better brands you only taste the orange in the juice. I didn't like having to pay for my parking.

Location, cleanliness and size of the room. The continental breakfast was also good.

The staff was rude. The lady at the front desk was not knowledgeable of the facilities amenities. I wasn’t aware of the complimentary happy hour. The omelette chef was very rude and rushing everyone at 8:40 when I arrived for breakfast. He said “Yall hurry up and know what yall want because I don’t like having a line and I stop making omelettes at 9.” I didn’t appreciate his attitude as if we had just walked up off the street.

Location is prime. I’ve been in this hotel a few times and it’s always nice, the staff especially. The breakfast was very good and the ac did wonders for how dreadfully hot and humid it was

The room we were in could use a couple tweaks. The door was off line and was hard to open and close so we had to put extra work into making sure it was closed when we were not in there. There was also a gnat in the bathroom when we got in but otherwise it was great

The hotel was very clean and smelled so refreshing. I'm so glad that they had a non-smoking policy in place. I also liked the complimentary drinks and breakfast.

I disliked that you had to pay for parking. As guests, we are already paying for accommodation. Also, charging 7 dollars for bottled water is crazy. I can understand having a pack of water in the rooms. Two bottles of water should be complimentary to each room. Beyond that, I agree to pay for extra.

The breakfast was hot and good. The line was just to long for the omelettes( the hotel need to think of something BETTER than that way)

When I first checked in the service was bad. The young lady acted like she didn’t want to be there , she was not pleasant, didn’t tell me where the elevators were( I had to ask), I thought breakfast started at 6( it started at 7), it was hot off and on. The A/C unit not working properly.

we didnt get to enjoy happy hour or breakfast but the stay was very nice! the room was very clean and quiet

being disturbed before 12pm with a 2pm checkout. im glad we locked our door because i was just getting out the shower and my husband was getting dressed. also i didnt like so much that our pillows didnt have pillow protectors. we had booked a king room and ended up with a queen room also when asked if we could have two more cups they reminded us we already had two. i felt we could have been given two more

Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for two people. Very close proximately to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Bathroom shower didn't work properly, causing the tub to fill up with water while trying to take a shower. Heard loud ongoing noise like some type of machine at night while trying to sleep. Could use some more premium channels to the tv menu. Only had one - Showtime. Also, didn't offer complimentary internet. Only available to Honors guest. Should be available to all guests.

The room was nice. We got the king suite because we were traveling with small children. It was very convenient that we had the bed in a room with a door. This was helpful with the kids. They were able to go to sleep in the living area and we could still close the door and watch tv in the bedroom. Our room was clean. The bed was comfy. There was plenty of space. The breakfast was nice and was above average compared to other hotels that I've stayed in.

I didnt see a laundry bag. The setup is a little odd. Theres only one set of elevators and our room was on the opposite of where the elevators were (so we had to walk the furthest distance). It wasnt a big deal, but maybe worth mentioning.

It has been years since I stayed at this property. There have been some updates. The property is clean. The employees are professional and the services are good. The room was clean and updated. The hotel was busy, but not chaotic. There weren't kids running up and down the halls, or random characters hanging around the lobby. You need your key to access the elevator,pool, and exercise room. That makes me feel more secure knowing that anyone cannot come in unless they have a card.

Our room door was open. Im assuming house cleaning was rushing. During Breakfast, the cook making the omelets was overwhelmed and I felt bad. There should be rwo chefs making omelets because the line got really long. But everyone was courteous
