The breakfast was wonderful, only thing l would have liked different was they had sausage gravy with biscuits one morning with no other meat and me and my 3 boys neither like it so we just had eggs and bagels. It would have been nice to add bacon or link sausages also for those who don't like the sausage gravy.

Very low tolit seats. I had to help my husband up off tolit as he is 5'9 . No bars to grab to get out of bathtub from taking a shower or pull up from very low tolit seats.l was very scare of falling getting out of tub.No other meat with the sausage gravy and biscuits as me and my 3 boys don't like it so just had eggs and bagels no meat.

Common areas were very clean. And very well lite. Staff was very welcoming.

The only thing that I did not like was that their was a continuous light buzzing sound that I could hear in my room that made it a little difficult for me to go back to sleep. I think it might have been coming from the smoke detector or the fire alarm. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

I visited this location last while they were still renovating. My experience was so good last year that I decided to come back with my kids. It was, again, an amazing stay. I did not get to try the breakfast because I slept in. The beds were just that comfortable!

The TV had an option for YouTube and Netflix but you couldn’t connect to either. It was not a big deal at all but it was the only issue I encountered.

The check in was quick and easy. They are renovating so the first floor was unavailable and lobby was clearly under renovation but it was safe. My room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I had no problems during my stay. Parking was great. I felt safe and comfortable going in and out at night. There are stores in the surrounding area and an ER just down the street. I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. I was able to sleep in the first morning I was there without anyone bothering me. Also, the pictures on the site need to be updated because the hotel looks slot more up to date that what’s shown. (Sorry…didn’t take any pictures of the room to upload with review)

The only complaint I have is that the blanket on the bed and pillows are very thin. It looks great but very thin. I couldn’t keep the room as cool as I like but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I will definitely be booking this property again when I return.

I love the staff and the property. It was very convenient for where I needed to go and what I was doing. Amazing places to eat very close to everything that I needed and it was an overall great stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t have Netflix on the TV LOL. Not important or that serious. The stay was great.

The most professional staff I've ever encountered at a non-high-end hotel! Super impressed by everyone who served at the front desk and especially the employee, Lanai, who served the breakfast area. She went over and beyond in her assistance and maintained a positive and welcoming attitude. We had an issue or two with our room, but they responded promptly and their overall professionalism made up for any negative issues. Wish all hotel staff was as professional and hospitable as they are!

Couple of issues with the room - but wouldn't sway me from returning or recommending it.

Door stuck badly..older lady couldn’t push or pull it open when entering or leaving. Smell on entering was a little much..I’m thinking air freshener or febreze. No hook on back of bathroom door to hang robes, no real place to hang damp towels. Bathroom door had no actual way to close door for privacy

Nicely updated, room, bedding and bathroom were very clean. Hallways and elevators, common areas clean and smell good

Literally the only thing is the water pressure is a little weird and goes from full pressure to almost nothing coming out. Not sure if that’s too many people showering at the same time or just an older building.

I loved the room nice and clean. The hotel was quiet, which is a plus. It was in a nice area with many things to do.

Breakfast did not have many options. I stayed at other hotel that served, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit omelleyes. Everyone do not eats gravy and biscuits. Please do better with your breakfast.

Rooms have been updated and were clean. bed was very comfortable, rooms are spacious. the location and value of this hotel can't be beat. have stayed here numerous times while visiting, and will again. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

renovations are still happening, which is good but messy. upon arrival they were working in the lobby and the drywall dust was flying everywhere. unavoidable during remodeling I understand but flared my allergies.
