Perfect size and well designed resort space with spacious rooms overlooking a beautiful pool or the beach. Very good food with many mexican options to choose from at buffet and restaurants. Excellent wifi throughout the property, including the beach that has a lot of palm trees providing plenty of shade. Sufficient selection of drinks at all bars and restaurants and awesome room service with mini bar! I have never had to ask for anything as everything was happening as it should.

For a beach lover like myself, the beach is small with way too many sharp pebbles at the entry and souranded by seaweed. Clarity of water decreases as the day progresses due to boats' activity of the nearby port, would be my guess. On the bright side, the hotel is located just steps away from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which has the most beautiful beaches and 10 min walk from Langosta Beach, where the waters are of much better quality. If you like to stroll on the beach, you are better off starting at Langosta Beach as everything to the left of the resort is a seaweed paradise not worth exploring.

I enjoyed the staff the servers were always pleasant, overall great staff, helpful and very accommodating except for a few ladies at the front desk.

I loved the lay of the land! It wasn’t hard to navigate! Common areas are very welcoming and entertaining! I loved how helpful the staff was!! Anything i needed was pretty much available! Food options were plentiful and Available at almost any hour (that i went anyway!) checking n and check out was smooth! Covid testing on site!! U can have your own party and not be interrupted!

I did not like how everything was on a strict time schedule! Like to get dinner reservations it must be made all at one time with the guest in a line going to get their names on the list! So clearly i never made the formal dinner! I did not like how in the room i could always hear the door slamming! I couldn’t hear ppl n their rooms but that door was loud! We developed ants and that was unsettling! There are limited activities here and no real rainy day schedule! Party was over at 12 when the hotel next to us partied until 2am! No drinks until 12 was underlying cuz i like a mimosa with breakfast! But these are fairly minor complaints to the overall stay! Overall the stay was great yet these are a few adjustments I’d like to see happen! I would stay here again

The view. The restaurant service was excellent ❤️. We only went to one of them because the other 2 needed reservations 😞. The other 2 were mostly empty 🤔; and they required reservations you wait in line at 11am for seating later in the afternoon/ evening. Crazy 🤪

Front desk personnel 😞🫤 need to be friendly and respectful to incoming guests. They don’t answer the phone at night, and if you have emergency, you need to go to the front desk to talk to them 🫤

Food Is amazing. The Italian restaurant is the best one out of them all for bang for buck, but all the restaurants hold their own but the steak was amazing at the Italian and Mexican !!! There is always something someone wil eat no matter how fussy they are.

Everything was good, but a few days in and our room keys wouldn't work and it took a bit to explain it that the system on the door was dead and kept giving us keys , but we eventually got the battery replaced was all good, couple of times the air con played up but did work great. And the toilet a day in was blocked

Loved everything about the property for the price. I’ve been to Cancun many times but never stayed in hotel zone and was nervous. This resort exceeded my expectations. Great location, lots of entertainment and fun all throughout the day, food was decent, loved the snack bar. Really nice hotel, beach and beachside bar was amazing, there’s no swimup bars but everything else made up for that

One of the staff was extremely rude. Guy in charge of the people asking you to attend a presentation after we attended he was very rude when we asked him questions and we never received our incentive. If you avoid that part your trip will be amazing

Food was very decent to be an all-inclusive. Swimming pool area is nice and spacious. Room was big and comfortable.

The beach area is located next to a harbour and a bridge with a lot of traffic...the water was a bit dirty. The beach was quite small and limited swimming area.. Most of the restaurants were closed (low season) so we only ate at the buffet restaurant (was ok) Bar closes at 23.00... maybe low season times..

We loved Miguel who booked our tours and gave my boyfriend a diving class. He was always super nice and helpful! The facilities were great and the food as well! Everyone was very nice and we had a great time!

The Wi-Fi did not work very well. Having to book dinner on the same day and at 7am every day was not the best if you’re on vacation and have to wake up at 7am to book dinner and only for that day. The rooms where not next to each other but the hotel said that they did not have that information.

Outstanding hotel! Wow, Im not easily impressed but the people here are wonderful! The food was good, the place is kept up, friendly staff,, the bed was better than mine at home lol. Wifi actually worked (werent many gaps) and every day our room was stocked/cleaned. We asked for more coffee/water one night- for the next morning- and it was in the room when we returned,, that night! Close to a few things, the ferry to Isla is right next door! I am super impressed with the place!

Only "notsogreat" was the beach is small and next to a high traffic canal and the swimming area is small with little to snorkel for.

Staff were so friendly! Specifically Ariadne at check in, Alberto and Willberth in the restaurants, and all the entertainment staff (only caught Sheyla’s name but they were all awesome). The breakfast buffet was amazing with an excellent omelet bar (didn’t catch his name but the man who made them was kind and an amazing chef). Amazing dinners at the Mexican and Italian restaurants with plenty of fresh delicious food and excellent service. Yummy and plentiful drinks and things to do all day and night to keep us busy. Beautiful private beach with lots of cool fish and crabs. Big Pool with fun activities. Spacious room with awesome balcony and hammock. Every need was accounted for and we can’t wait to go back!
