The location is super convenient. And the limousine bus to and from Kansai airport stops right next door.

Nothing really. The single room is very small, but that's expected.

Hotel was centrally located near most of the railway and subway lines. Airport bus was right in front of hotel and was direct to the Kansai airport without having to do a milk run. One couldn't reserve a seat but had to buy the ticket only on day of departure. Bus ran approximately once every half hour (despite schedule saying frequency was 20 minutes).Hotel had everything I needed as a leisure traveller. It was adequately clean. Bed was comfortable, size of room adequate, had a window, was non smoking. Thoughtfully provided cables for iphone, android charging. Adequate power points. TV, radio, kettle, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer was provided. Ironing board available to borrow. Had aircond and heater. Though central conditioning was controlled by hotel.

The key had hotel number. If key was lost, others could enter room because they knew room number. No safe deposit box in the room. Possible to ask to leave valuables at front desk. It was not practical to leave key at front desk because of the risk of long queues when you needed to get the key. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes to check in at around 5pm on a Friday.

The location is amazing. Right next to 3 major train and subway stations, as well as a dedicated bus terminal for the airport limousine bus. Plenty of great food and shopping options nearby as well. The hotel itself isn't particularly breathtaking or modern, but for business or solo-traveling I would absolutely recommend it.

The rooms are very basic, and the layout could be a bit better. The office chair in my room was barely usable, as it was right up against the bed. The whole system feels slightly outdated. For example: physical keys instead of keycards, very basic climate control options (off, S/M/H settings only for the AC.) and a bog-standard unit bath. Nothing particularly bad, just a bit dated.

The location is excellent. First stop from the airport shuttle. Next to subway and JR stations. Right next to all the department stores.

The facilities are stale. The first few nights our bathroom were flooded after showers. Turned out the bathtub seals were broken and caused the leaking. They changed our room quickly.

- This is a business hotel, room is the usual Japan size, and is slightly dated. They still uses keys - visited during Jan period. Due to the cold weather, the air conditioning is not on in the room during this period. So it might get a little warm

Fantastic location. Staff very helpful. We liked the environmental response to cleaning the room- you could choose what level of cleaning you wanted each day. Bottles of water provided & bar fridge. The included buffet breakfast was superb and my very fussy daughter who usually skips breakfast found something to eat each day- so was well worth it. It was also well organized as even at busy times they could find you a table.

Pillows were really hard and at times the room was stuffy and hot- couldn't adjust the temperature as was centrally controlled- but would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Location...airport limousine bus goes to this hotel..very convenient... Very centralised for shopping and eating..

The service from front desk (except for miss Han and a Taiwanese boy,very helpful)..the rest especially the young Japanese guy was quite rude..he spoke English very loudly as if jus waiting to embarrass me for not speaking Japanese... One day,I asked a staff (Magar?her name I think) for help me call a salon as I don't speak Japanese ....and getting her to show me how to get there. She was super rude..in serving me halfway then walked off to help another group...and left me standing there waiting like a fool.... Customer service very bad ..Coming from a well known Hotel.

Great location with a lot of touristy services nearby, like the airport bus stop. I like the window covering that blocks out all the ambient light outside. I'm glad my room still had a bathtub. Other rooms just had a shower.

It's central to a lot of things, which means it's very crowded, very bright, and street noise can get loud. You can also smell food from restaurants below. The room ac was set at warm during early spring (March) and the windows were welded shut, so it felt fairly warm, especially if you prefer a colder sleeping temperature. There was a memo around the hotel that said the hotel was shutting down soon.
