The location was brilliant. Just the other side of museum island and walkable to Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie and other major attractions. There's also an u-bahn stop right over the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Reception is manned 24 hours so always someone available to help. The room was spacious for 2 people and the bathroom and shower were a good size too. The free beer and water every night were a bonus too! Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a bit noisy despite triple glazing and and room was a little dated (wallpaper was starting to peel). Bedding was filled with feathers in case that is a concern for you.

I really liked the spaciousness, the location of the hotel (close to the centre, next to a bus & metro station and near a supermarket and night shop) and the facilities they offered. They even offered daily free beers and bottled water.

It was not possible to check in earlier or check out later, but ofcourse we could leave the luggage behind so it was no problem. The fitness room doesn't offer a lot of options in regards to weighttraining and the sauna lockerroom doesn't have bathrobes but only towels.

The room is very cozy, big, and beautiful with a nice view of the river. Small kitchenette, 2 beers in mini bar at house expense. very clean. Very good breakfast (European style) comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional.

We found the bathroom to be very nicely decorated, but the tub itself was a bit uncomfortable. First of all, its side is very high (even for tall people), which means it will not suit people with mobility disabilities. Second, the dosh itself was really strange and difficult to regulate (perhaps we are not used to this kind of thing). That's why it gets a score of 9. Despite what was written before, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel location was excellent, within walking distance of much of Berlin city centre, and also right by an u-bahn station. The rooms were a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. The kitchenette was well equipped and you even get 2 free bottles of water and 2 free bottles of beer per day! The hotel were happy to look after our suitcases before check-in and after checkout which was really helpful.

The pillows were far too soft but I think that's typical of Germany in general.

staff was very friendly and there’s an Indian restaurant in the basement, which was very convenient, however, be aware, there is no air conditioning at this facility, even though it is advertised as having air-conditioning. It can get stuffy and hot at night. I was there in June. They do have pedestal fans.

every day I came back to a clean new room everyday I received bottle of water and bottle of beer every day I have been offered a cup of coffee before I went out the only thing was that the hotel was a bit bit far from Alexanderplatz and that’s all! it tools like 10 min walk to Alexanderplatz great place ! recommended

The hotel's position is great. Really great. The personnel are kind and always available for any kind of requests. Rooms are a bit old styled but quite comfortable. The SPA and gym are also a nice touch, really impressive, at least for Italian hotel standards. Overall, a really nice catch for the price.

The room as very spacious and true to the four star rating! Loved that there was an infrared lamp in the bathroom! Staff and location was perfect! Really appreciated the daily two water and beer bottles in the room!

The bed was comfortable but the same cannot be said of the pillows and blankets. The blankets were flimsy yet way too hot, and the pillows were way to soft as well. Was okay for 3 nights but would bother me on a longer stay.

Very good location, at walking distance from many prime attractions, like Alexander Platz, Unter den Linden, Museum Insel, Kreuzberg. Two metro stations around the corner. We are two friends and had a unit consisting of two rooms with a shared small kitchenette which was really convenient.

Everything was really fine. The buffet breakfast is OK but rather basic.

excellent - location is amazing tube and bus on opposite side of road. 10 mins walk to museum island and Alexanderplatz. rooms really clean and classically modern . free beer and water daily . fridge and safe in rooms . lovely hot shower . rooms really quiet and bed so comfortable. excellent value for money . would definitely stay here again.
