Amazing water pressure in the shower. Bed was very comfortable. Even though the rooms are small, it had almost everything one would need. The AC worked great. Staff were lovely.

I wish there was a small table. There wasn't any place to put stuff. I used the foldable chair as both a chair and a table. No fridge. The sink was very small, and the little shelf above it made it very difficult to wash my face.

Super clean, and the staff are beyond lovely. It’s the perfect solution when you’re not sure which part of Manhattan you’re going to spend the most time - central location and excellent value.

Construction out front was a pain for pick up/drop offs but that’s in the city, not the hotel!

The room was small but very chic. It had a queen bed and a loft bed over it. The bathroom was open and had a rainfall shower. It was really cute and cozy.

Housekeeping never came to clean. We had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper. That was frustrating since we were there 4 days.

The location is very good and the room we changed to was good

The room we first had was far too small with access to the bed only from one side. The breakfast possibility had changed from last year. No proper breakfast available in the hotel.

My Son and i ade travelling from Australia and we stayed for 12 Nights for Christmas and New Year. From Check in the Staff is so friendly and helpful and provided us full information, love the room.. it’s not spacious but Smart, functional and Cool Home Decort. Room Service came every day to clean our room and provide free water and fresh towels. Great Locations, only 5-10 mins short walk to the Main Times Square - hotel surrounded with plenty of foods, Cvs Pharmacy, Supermarket, Macy’s, short walk to Bryant park, Empire State and close to Subway. Room is very warm and cosy and not as loud as i expected - Absolutely perfect for our first stayed in New York We will definitely be back again for our Next New York Trip🥰

No Self Laundry facilities

Modern trendy hotel not far from Time Square, Bryant Park, The Empire State Building and Macy’s. Good for subway locations too. All the team at MOXY we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was ready before the check-in time so we were able to access the room to drop luggage off, but the hotel had facilities to do a luggage drop if not. Our room was clean everyday, the room was comfortable a little noisy but that’s to be expected it’s NYC. The $30 credit was a great touch to use, we used it for breakfast every morning during our stay. The bar area was good, the music was good too. My only other observation about the bar area was where other guests brought in food, they didn’t always put their rubbish in the bin, like other guests, it didn’t stop us enjoying the communal bar area though. Overall a great stay and I’ll use MOXY Hotels again.

The Moxy Times Square absolutely exceeded my expectations! The hotel pays attention detail, I was travelling for my birthday and staff sent a bottle to my room, I was also gifted a Christmas ornament as we travelled over the Christmas period. There was also a personalised note on the TV and complimentary FIJI water. The location of the hotel is fabulous, it is only a 5 minute walk to Times Square and great for the subway. Every morning there is free muffins, cereal bars and water available for guests. On arrival we were also made aware that included in our stay we had a $30 daily allowance to spend on the level 2 bar/restaurant. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are advertised as cozy, there is more than enough room with handy storage throughout the room. There is a lively rooftop bar and a busy bar on level 2, I had a really lovely stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough. I was made to feel so welcome, thank you so much!

Bring earplugs as due to the location there is lots of traffic noise. The AC unit can also be quite loud.

I liked the hotel and found the staff really welcoming. I liked the design of the rooms and found the beds very comfortable. The food and beverage credit is super useful, and the pop up cafe is great. It definitely has a fun atmosphere and I found myself dancing in the elevator on more than one occasion! Location (particularly proximity to Penn Station) was awesome.

Yep, the rooftop club is a problem if you are on a high floor, particularly on weekend nights. However, the staff were great when I asked to move after a night of pounding music until 3am-ish. The new room was great. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - every second day works well for me, but coming at 5pm when you’re trying to get ready for dinner and a show is pretty inconvenient.

Check-in was conveniently fast. The elevators were automated and well-organized, even during peak times when the hotel was particularly crowded. A pleasant surprise was receiving a $30 credit per night to spend at the cafeteria next to the building. The Spanish-speaking staff were very helpful, especially Paola, who was always willing to assist.

Housekeeping only occurs every two nights, which may not always be sufficient. There were also some inconveniences with receiving online orders, as certain packages were delivered to a UPS store located in a different building on the same street.

• I understand it's Manhattan but the room was tiny. I wasn't expecting something that small for that price • The shower door did not seal tight so there was water on the bathroom floor which soaked the bath mat towel each time I used the shower • Some of the channels were not working but it seemed like an issue with the entire hotel's cable/satellite provider, not just my TV
