I was glad to have a place to stay for the night

I was told after booking my first hotel and not being able to stay do to No rooms available even though it let me book with booking .com so I book another hotel and they didn’t see reservations, mind having posted two by now with booking and so frustrated because they didn’t okay the sec hotel so ended up booking with holiday in express since we had no choice but amad said I would being reimbursed for it to the original amount that I had booked with and no that wasn’t the case so won’t use booking .com again!!!

Lovely, kind, helpful staff - thank you Eric & Alan! Clean, comfortable, pleasant room with plenty of space & a chaise long to lounge on. Great tasty breakfast with quite a lot of choice, everything seemed fresh & plentiful. Bright, welcoming public areas & handy little fitness centre for some treadmill walking. All in all a great place to stay, shame we only had one night there!

Hate the fixed head shower (not just here, most hotels still have them!) & being short makes them difficult to adjust. Plastic cutlery & paper plates are not so nice for breakfast but still the food is good, though some fresh chopped fruit would have topped it off perfectly.

This location was conveniently located in a quiet area, and there was plenty of parking available for hotel guests. There were several food options near the location. We had a wheelchair-accessible king room which was very clean and comfortable for us. We found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable, and my husband had plenty of room to get around in the room and bathroom with his manual wheelchair. We were pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage and a large assortment of pastries, bagels and juice options. There was always coffee available in the lobby, day and night. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful.

This was a wheelchair accessible room which had a step-in tub. We prefer a roll-in shower when there is one available, but we decided to make the tub work for us. There were PLENTY of grab bars in the tub area, which was really great, and it also had a nice hand-held shower sprayer. The tub did not have any kind of a shower bench or chair available which would have made showering in the step-in tub very difficult for most people who use a wheelchair. It's a good thing that my husband always brings his own shower chair, as we seem to run into issues like this a lot. Other than that, we found that the bathroom was fairly well set up for a wheelchair user.

It was a comfortable room with a Keurig coffee maker. A good cup of coffee is important to me. Other hotels in this price range do not offer this amenity. That's a small price to pay for a nice little luxury.

Breakfast is an area that could be improved if you are going to continue to offer it. I actually would prefer a continental breakfast. Those fake eggs and egg omelettes are not very appetizing. I don't remember if real breakfast sausage was served or if it was turkey sausage. Turkey sausage is a thumbs down for me. The other items you offered, such as bread and muffins, etc. ,yogurt were pretty good. The fresh orange juice was excellent.

The staff was incredibly friendly. My son and I enjoyed the breakfast bar. Basic but well stocked. They had low calorie protein options which was surprising. They had a slightly different menu on our second day so the free breakfast wasn't even boring. They keep fresh coffee available all day long. They also provide little to go bags if you need to make breakfast on the go. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. I usually do not sleep well in hotels but these comfortable rooms helped me to sleep very well. The room has a microwave and mini fridge.

I would have preferred single use toiletries. These were mounted and refillable. While they seem to be locked in place, it's hard to get past the idea they could be tampered with. Everything in the room seemed built very quickly. So things like the toilet paper holder or mounted in drywall but not at the stud so it was coming out of the wall. They had USB charging stations that were set too deep in the wall to use and were crooked.

The person at the front desk when we checked in at 10 pm was super friendly and personable. Hotel was quiet, secure and very clean. We were concerned that the freeway nearby would be noisy, but we didn’t hear it due to the building next door serving as a sound barrier.

Some of the breakfast items were cool not warm first morning (second morning they were fine). Lighting in the bathroom could be better, ceiling fan didn’t work.

This property feels like brand new, even though it’s five years old. The staff take meticulous care of it, and every detail is well thought through the rooms are appointed with ease and comfort of guest in mind, the place looks and feels sparkling, clean, and the breakfast Was just right to get you started for a long day of travel! It was also near several great restaurants, and we loved our meal at PF Chiang!

Breakfast was great. Wish bacon was offered more often, but overall a good breakfast. Eric was fantastic. He was positive, helpful, and let me banter him about his injury (more like mom getting on him to take care of himself). We weren’t in town for a happy reason, so his smile and energy were helpful as we tried to be positive in our own situation.

Nothing…all was okay

Modern, clean and comfortable. Exactly what was needed for an overnight stay on a road trip. Shower was nice. Appreciated use of pump dispensers for soaps, lotions, etc. They were much easier to use than those tiny bottles, and better for the environment too. Bed was comfy and there were plenty enough outlets.

They put out only 2 bath towels and there were 3 of us. Would be nice if the print on the dispensers were larger because the bottles look alike. CPAP machine stopped working during the night - perhaps one of us flipped a master switch and wasn’t aware. The desk clerk was friendly but wow he must have been a chain smoker because I thought someone had been smoking inside the lobby - breath mints needed.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, which was a lifesaver with all our luggage and two little ones running around. Everything was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to Gustavo's efficiency and helpfulness. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions patiently.
