Nice Hotel. Very clean and quite. Kenny checked my wife and I in and his customer service was top notch. Kenny was accommodating to our requests and his customer service alone, is the reason this hotel will be our hotel of choice. Great view of the racetrack and mountains. Good size room with comfortable king size bed, good sized bathroom and conveniently located. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the clean. For a germaphobe like me, that is exactly what I want to smell. Saw security driving around so I know my vehicle is safe. A++

Vey spacious and had plenty of mobility assistance items in the bathroom which made getting in and out of the shower a breeze! Layout was very open and the bed was super comfortable. Super clean room no problems at all!

Booking.com description says there was a breakfast buffet (nope!) at this facility. Not impressed with the dining facilities nearby in the casino.

Very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located near restaurants and walkable if you prefer to walk. Spacious room, comfortable queen beds in our double room.

Walls are thin and woke up to our wall neighbors talking to one another rather loudly. Probably could have heard the whole conversation if I tried.

THE EVENING FRONT DESK ATTENDENT WAS NOT INFORMATIVE AND HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE. SHEE DIDNT EXPLAIN THE WIFI INFORMATION, INCIDENTAL FEE OR BREAKFAST HOURS LIKE SHE IS REQUIRED TO. ALSO, SHE HAD A DEMEANING RESPONSE WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A CHARGE THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE.

Hotel was conveniently located to everything. There was a nice view of the track and mountains. Easy to navigate in and out of the hotel.

There was'nt anything in particular that I didnt like. A breakfast/snack bar would have been a nice addition but restaurants were close enough,

I liked the style of the room and layout. The room was fresh and seemed new-ish still.

There was some hair in the shower and I would have liked to see the bar area open. The shower also wouldn’t quit dripping until I had to turn the knob extremely tight. When I showered, I barely could turn the handle on.

I loved the very large bathroom including double shower. Authentic food next door. Friendly helpful staff. Was very quiet during our off season stay. Incredible opportunity for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

It was very hard to get an Uber or Lyft from the location. We found out very late that they have preferred drivers. He was so nice too. Wish I had asked earlier. I wanted to see the horse races but they didn’t start yet. Would love another stay now that I know how to get a driver to El Paso.

I like the location, the race track, the mini carnival, and I want to THANK the SECURITY staff that's looking out for our vehicles making sure nothing happens to them. I liked everything about this place.

Just two things,... you gotta wash the sheets with some vinegar and a little bit of fabric softener. it'll help with the lint problem. To much lint in the sheets. And the shower doors, they let water out wetting all the floor and it can cause a problem. Other than that... this place is great.

Awesome location, staff was super friendly, modern building, and good decor.

Shower curtain was too short and sliding barn-style bathroom door doesn’t help with sound reduction if you’re staying with another person and have to use the toilet. Not a deal breaker though, would stay again.

very average hotel, but it is quiet and slightly more upscale than most 2 star hotels, so that's a positive, i think it rate higher if they served a really good breakfast - right now they serve nothing. the location is very central, there is a lot around here
