The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect for the purpose of our stay. Easily accessible car park, clean modern decor throughout, food was fantastic and comes with the option of eating in the bar, preordering and collecting or stereotypical room service delivery. The staff were so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to ensure we could have an early check in on arrival, to prepare for our day ahead. Thank you very much Leah! We have already booked again for our next Preston visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

We arrived on Friday evening after a horrendous journey on the M1 & M6 which had considerably delayed us. All parking spaces were taken and the receptionist Leah was so apologetic, even though I said parking wasn't guaranteed. The bus station carpark is just behind the hotel and £6 for 24 hours. The hotel is spotless and cleaners in evidence throughout the day with good room service. Breakfast was full English plus cereals, fruit, yogurt and pancakes cooked to order. Bar was open to hotel guests till 2am. Air conditioning was very effective. Bedding very new and spotless. I can recommend this hotel.

I went here for rockprest and it was in a fantastic location to walk to it. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

There is not much parking outside the hotel. You can leave your car in the bus station parking however we didn't feel comfortable doing that. Luckily there were a few spots available when we arrived. At night there was a rule about not using the lift I think but many people were doing it. I think this was for security since the doors are open at night and anyone can take a lift up to a room and there's no staff around.

I was greeted by Maria on reception, she was very friendly and happy and informative. The room was spotless, and so comfortable. Felt like I was at home. A huge bath and great view. Not far from the city centre. Thankyou for a lovely stay :)

The thermostat I couldn’t change the speed of the fan as the room was too hot for me upon arrival. I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the window, I know it’s for safety but I would like to be able to open it a little. I don’t like that the lifts don’t work at night unless you go up to reception a lot of messing around

Comfortable room. Excellent staff. Bar and restaurant facilities were very good with all day food menu which had variety of ‘pub style’ food to satisfy everyone. The breakfast buffet was good quality and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The public areas were modern and comfortable.

The car park was small but there was an inexpensive public car park next door. The ground floor entrance was unexciting and Spartan and the reception was on the first floor. Better decoration and signage would help with first impression. Once in the hotel it was modern, clean and inviting.

Very functional… there was everything we needed. Room equipped with iron, iron board, kettle… hair dryer. We did not expect that as usually at low budget hotels it is not provided. The property is nicely furnished in modern style and very functional. Place for children to play was a pleasant surprise. Staff extremely friendly ( loved the cleaning lady - so welcoming and lovely)

The only downside at low budget hotels is always the breakfast… Here it wasn’t as bad as in other places but i would love to see an improvement. It is possible that it is only my dissatisfaction as I am aware person and am eating high quality, healthy food only. English breakfast lovers would be satisfied. I managed to find got myself some fresh vegetables, yoghurt… eggs. NO COFEE from the machine is available:) but it’s ok There is fresh coffee in the jags

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good and had nice toiletries. Reception was friendly and efficient and sorted an issue with my room quickly and I was given a free drink voucher as an apology. Breakfast was very good and the staff there were efficient and friendly.

The room i was allocated was freezing cold, i was moved quickly and efficiently and it was sorted but it would be a good idea to check such things before a guest is expected.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this particular hotel & the same weekend. Couldn't fault the staff, the accommodation, the location. All 10/10 However, this year having paid £12.95 for a breakfast on our last morning we were all bitterly disappointed. The variety, choice & service were spot on but the cooked breakfast items were all luke warm made worse by all the plates in the pile we were to use to put our breakfast on being cold & not worth half the price we paid.The only hot item was the toast & we made that ourselves. A poor end to what was a great weekend break. Its really sad as having said before we've never had a problem. It wasn't even as if we were late in the dining room. We arrived at 9.45am & the breakfast finishes at 11am on a Sunday

The facilities, location, staff, bar area, rooms were all 10/10

Quick check in and check out. Staff were lovely. Location only a 10 min walk to town. Perfect for a night out. Bed was very comfy. Loved the blackout curtains. Shower was hot and good water pressure.

£85 was expensive considering I slept in the bed for a total of only 5 hours and didn't have breakfast included. The tea and coffee station in the room was dirty from the previous guests. Coffee and sugar granules all over the worktop. Only 1 sachet each of tea and coffee - luckily I was alone. Shower and toilet were clean but still some toothpaste residue in the sink? Also, hairdryer didn't work.

Good city centre location, very friendly and welcoming staff

The lack of parking. I appreciate it’s only a small car park, there is a huge multi story car park over the road but at a cost of £6 over night. Also it isn’t great if you leave something behind in your vehicle and have to walk across the road, through a bus station and up flights of stairs/lifts. Especially if it’s later at night.
