Very stylish Hotel, Very trendy and in a hip area, seemed quite a young crowd (Or maybe I'm getting a bit old!) could be noisy at the weekends for some. The staff were amazing and went far and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, overall the service was faultless and I think that makes the biggest difference. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern and stylish. I would definatly stay again.

Could be noisy for some, especially at the weekends. The roof top bar is good with great views but is open to the public with no areas kept for Hotel customers. We managed to squeeze in but would have been disappointed had we not been able to have a drink as guests considering the room rate. The idea that the hotel is sustainable falls short in some places, it's a hotel after all! some touches are great though like the water in the rooms being chilled filtered drinking water. Some rooms on the lower floors could be noisy for some, proximity to the street and parties happening at the weekends. Our first room suffered from this, we also noticed no privacy blinds in the lower room only curtains!?

Pricing for the hotel cocktails and food was a little expensive. Even though I noted that I would arrive at 3pm my room was not ready until 4pm. I did receive a complementary drink for the delay. The traffic was very loud outside with sirens going off at least 2 or 3 times a day/night. The construction at hotel was noisy on the rooftop as well as it being outside around the hotel. My panoramic King view was a little bit of an eyesore but that’s due to construction. Lastly, the knocking at my door at odd hours of the night offering services was a little off putting - seeing as though I was alone.

The sustainability of it all was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

I didn’t love the locked staircases (I am someone who prefers using the stairs rather than an elevator and the staircase is strictly for emergency use only as you can’t get back onto your floor even with the fob key). I also had family staying on another floor and it was difficult to visit them in their room but I understand why those restrictions are implemented, just quite inconvenient.

I loved everything about this hotel. Aesthetically, it was welcoming, warm, and beautiful. Every aspect--from the room (the bed was soooo comfortable--to the lobby AND the food was great, too.

Hard to find fault with something pretty perfect but the shower could use a place for personal shampoo, etc., and a couple more hooks to dry wet towels.

Pretty nice and modern hotel. We had a very nice 2 queens room. Breakfast was as well really good. Very nice lobby with a good bar. Guests are offered the complimentary usage of 1-2 black Tesla cars with drivers which we used 4 times to take us to different places in the city. My son really liked it. There is even a pool on the top floor which we did not use during our stay. - Important note: Although we had to wait for more than two hours to get our keys, one person at reception desk was very helpful, trying to compensate the delay with a little price deduction and a comfortable late check out. Thank for this again. - The guy at the concierge desk is great help!

When we arrived at the hotel at 4pm we had to wait for more than two hours to get the keys, with no real updates from the reception desk during that time ("we are pinging them again and again"). Given the location of the room (little bit far from all the attractions in the city) the view from the room was poor. Unfortunately not everybody in the hotel was very friendly, but rather arrogant.

First time staying at 1. Amazing, the staff was cordial, polite, attentive and incredibly helpful. Will absolutely be staying again when we go to Toronto! Thank you so much for the hospitality. It is not frequent you find true hospitality like that.

Not really anything we didn’t like! Worth the price although we wish we could have afforded to stay longer. Hands down the most accommodating and comfortable hotel stay I’ve had in recent memory. Thank you!

Friendly helpful and attentive staff. Lovely comfortable room, beautifully appointed. Great to have free lifts into town by in-house chauffeur Fruit available at reception - great stuff. Lovely rooftop pool. Fabulous views.

Food and drinks a little pricey. Evening music way too loud for a conversation in Harriet's roof bar, which is a shame. Would have been good to have the room voile and curtain separate so that privacy could be achieved without having to close the curtains and put lights on. Sustainability is meant to be one of the hotel's core values!

Had brunch two mornings and it was amazing!

Valet didn't help take my bags from reception to the car upon check out. He simply post me to the door and gave me directions to where my car was, but not offer to help with my bags. I paid for valet service.

This hotel was close to our son’s apartment plus the Blue Jays stadium so we were able to walk to both. It was a very nice facility.

There was so much construction going on all around but that’s not anyone’s fault. Parking is always a challenge in big cities and this was no different so we just did valet even though pricey and walked.

We loved this hotel. Exceptionally clean, excellent and accommodating staff, very unique hotel in a walking distance to downtown attractions. We felt that we were welcomed and important guests. Breakfast was amazing. It is pricey, but you get the value for the money. We would definitely return to this hotel

We offered an ice for a specific time a few days before coming and it was not delivered to us. But it wasn’t a big deal
