Having seen mixed reviews on this hotel, I was not sure what to expect. I knew the location is superb as I know Javea well. We were totally delighted with our stay here. We had a sea facing room with a small balcony. The bedroom was well equipped with bath robes, fridge and amazingly the hairdryer "fixed" to the wall in the bathroom was great - unlike many like this. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and breakfast was perfect with a good selection of breads, pastries in addition to offering a good selection of freshly cooked food.

Struggle to find anything that we didn't like. Parking can be hard but there are plenty other opportunities in neighbouring streets

Deluxe Double suite with an ocean view/terrace is a very large suite. The bathroom with the soaking tub was worth the price alone! It was wonderful to have after a long flight from the States and jet lag! Excellent complimentary breakfast with a large buffet of options, espresso machines, as well as one entree item off the menu were included. Being able to walk along the promenade next to the Mediterranean Sea directly across the one way street was a plus. Closer to Arenal beach but an easy walk to the port and old town. No car needed. This nice clean hotel is an excellent value. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were all so friendly, and the reception staff would always respond enthusiastically to any of our queries. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was excellent. The small pool was great for sunbathing and cooling off, with free pool towels, which you could change daily. The breakfast had a great choice of freshly made spanish dishes, and there was always a fresh fruit option. The staff were also happy to adapt dishes to your own preference. We loved this modern hotel and we will be back! (But next time we will book a sea view room, as the views are amazing!)

Hotel was light and clean. The location was great. A short walk from the main town and in a nice quiet area. Enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that the menu changed most days. The staff were very helpful and addressed any issues promptly. Also LOVED the Rituals toiletries!

The pool was on the small side and didn’t fit all guests . Needed to get up early to guarantee a space.

We had half-pension: breakfast and dinner. Both were exellent and as a result it really saves money. Receptionists were very polite and helpful, all the requests solved immediately The room was quite clean. Great location, just 5-7 min walk from a great beach and many restaurants

What was really missing for a beach holiday was a balcony due to no way to dry things. I would say that the pillows were uncomfortable: one was very large and rather hard while the other was completely flat. It would be great to add kettle or coffee maker to the room, most often 4 stars have this.

Spotlessly clean and modern. Reasonable location for access to the Port and the Arenal. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent.

The en-suite shower leaked a lot onto the surrounding floor. Very badly designed. No tea making facilities or kettle. Last time you could ask for tea and coffee at the bar for no charge, but it is now chargeable.

Modern, clean hotel with attentive staff. Good facilities and location, just a short walk from the beach and bars. Breakfast was of good quality and menu alternated each day. Plenty of sun beds around the pool - quiet pool meant that they were always available.

Was only twin rooms available to book but made a request to upgrade to a double if possible. This wasn’t possible on arrival. Due to unforeseen circumstances, had to swap rooms midway through the week and a double was now available. Moved to this double room to find that it was actually two single beds pushed together with a double mattress topper / sheet. Would seem that this could have been possible in the original room; and the request therefore accommodated. None of this was an issue, or significant, but stay would have been even better if this had been accommodated.

All the staff for checking in, at the bar, and in the dining areas were accommodating, and personable yet professional. The location is close walking distance to restaurants and a pretty sandy beach. The pool is nice with a great view of the ocean. The bartenders were very nice as was all of the staff. They have a breakfast with both continental selections or you can order off a menu (which is a placemat) for a cooked meal. You can eat from both, and there is no charge as it is included with your room rate.

The room was very small, with two twin beds.

Stayed here several times now over the years and have come to expect the same level of quality. Rooms clean, lovely balcony, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast perfect with friendly staff ensuring you have all you need. Pool wonderful, spotless. Short walk to the Arenal or to the Marina in the other direction. Sea views

The only downside was the parking. There are around 10 spaces or so but you still get people parking across you which causes some concern in case you needed to get out. We were told, (and have seen) where you can park on the road safely nearby should there not be a space and I would do that rather than pen someone else in, but then I am not selfish like some other guests can be.

A superbly-located hotel, overlooking the sea on the Avenida del Mediterraneo. Rooms at the front have balconies, overlooking the sea and the hotel pool. It's a modern, airy hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and the beds, showers etc are good.

Last time I went I could only get a rear courtyard room, so views were poor and there was no balcony. It is worth paying extra for the balcony rooms whenever available. I also felt the buffet-style breakfast had been downgraded (presumably in a cost-cutting exercise) although the served breakfast/'a la carte' (there are usually 4-5 choices on offer each day) seemed as good as ever.
