I recently stayed at the Prestige Hotel & Spa in Tétouan for one night, from Feb 6 to Feb 7, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's ambiance was serene and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tétouan.

Overall, my stay at Prestige Hotel & Spa in Tétouan was pleasant. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was courteous. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. There wasn't anything specific that I didn't like.

Super comfy bed. The rooms have a fridge The breakfast was excellent.The staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed out return tickets for us and let us have a late check out at no extra cost.

Room service, restaurant and spa are quite expensive compared to anywhere else visited in the area. Location is a little out of the way and there is a very steep hill to get to the centre of the town. Tiny balcony with only 1 chair and if you don't pay extra for mountain view the view from the back of the building isn't great.

I loved the room and scenery from balcony was magnificent, clean restroom and spacious, wardrobe was big and enough space for me and my wife clothes, and internet was good, like literally if I came back I’d book again with the hotel. Food was delicious 😋

I wished if they have a pool but they don’t have! Not many TV channels is working, as it need some tuning and organising but this is extra who would needed, we just used it at noon and nights.

Staff was very polite and receptionist spoke good English. He made us feel very welcomed and even offered tea during check in. Which was very kind Hotel is located facing beautiful mountains, stunning views. As soon as you enter hotel you feel special and luxurious. World class hotel!

Rooms on front side have incredible views as its facing moutains. Rooms at the back dont offer any special. I didn't mind since we only stayed there for a night and was cheaper. But I would probably stay in front rooms if my stay was longer

Welcoming, friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Delicious buffet breakfast included in price. I also enjoyed the restaurant meals.

The first 'proper' hotel I've stayed in in Morocco, including in Marrakech. Branded soap, clean towels turned down bed. Full corporate chain type establishment. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.

Spa treatments were overpriced. Sauna should be free for guests. This should not be a paid for perk. Breakfast, they brought the coffee out and I had to ask for some juice. First thing, I tend to be thirsty and needing my orange. Should come out as one of the first items, not the last.

Friendly Staff, Ms Ahlam and Mr Mohammed were extremely helpful. Hotel is greatly located. Very clean and yeees what a breakfast 👌 😋

This hotel was exceptionally convenient, comfortable and was very accommodating of our motorcycles which we could park in their garage. A very modern and biker friendly hotel with lifts and all the normal facilities.

The evening meal menu for vegetarians was limited. They provided a vege pizza which was fine.

Prestige hotel, my third visit, offers stunning mountain views, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff's kindness, professionalism, and availability make each stay even more delightful. I adore this place.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my husband, and we loved it! the staff is competent, very helpful and soooo nice. we ordered dinner from their restaurant twice to our rooms, and the food was perfect (delicious, clean, warm). breakfast was very good and the two women there in charge of breakfast were very nice, attentive, and made us feel good and comfortable, same as the man who was in the reception the 9 and 10th of this July. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for safe, clean, well maintained rooms and places as well as good food and nice competent staff. we had an amazing stay, we will definitely return next time we go to Tétouan.
