Very comfortable room in a great location, only a few minutes from Rome metro. The local neighbourhood also has great restaurants. The staff were lovely and offered a coffee when we dropped our bags. Breakfast is good.

You could sometimes hear the trains but not enough to be unpleasant. No other issues.

I recently enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel, and the service was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a fantastic Lebanese receptionist who made me feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond by offering me a choice between two rooms, ensuring I was delighted with my accommodation. The room service was impeccable—polite, and efficient, and the room itself was spotless. Although my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel staff handled the situation perfectly. As soon as my luggage was received, they promptly called me, showing great consideration and kindness. The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. I had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from my room, which added a special touch to my stay. Overall, my stay was made memorable by the outstanding service, attentive staff, and beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Great hotel, loved the style and decor. All areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was the little touches that really enhanced our stay; a personalised note and some chocolates in the room (it was a birthday present for my Niece's 21st), we arrived early and they rearranged rooms so we could check in straight away, and then being offered a cup of coffee when we went back to collect our bags a few hours after checking out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you 😊

Location is a little out of the way.

Excellent hotel. Good location. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes, there are also supermarkets, clothes, perfumery. Their service is amazing. Excellent level of cleanliness. Also close to public transportation. Half an hour on foot to the Arc de Triomphe, fifteen minutes to the Montmartre district. The service is one of the best we have seen in the world. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was good.

I am aware this is the standard in Paris but there is no space for two people to walk in these rooms, preferably go solo. Also no hanger/ closet space, lots of space for folded clothes but really needed to hang shirts, no rod or hangers built into the room.

The hotel is in a great location - very close to the metro stations. While it is far from CDG airport, it is only 20 minutes on the train from Gare Du Nord on the station. We were only a few metro stops away from most of the popular tourist attractions. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to make our stay easier. I had special requests and the hotel took these into consideration when assigning my room. The room is a decent size with nice decor and I would definitely stay here again.

There is only one lift available so you often are waiting around for the lift which is annoying if you are staying on a higher floor.

Location was excellent as we could easily locate local services and venues. The metro was 3 minutes away and staff were very helpful in explaining how to access and plan our journeys. Our room was lovely with loads of space and thoughtful inclusions. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful as was the bar.

We arrived early in the morning, our originally classic rooms wasn’t ready so the front disk offered an upgrade to a junior suit for 80€ , we stayed in a junior suit at the 8th floor, room was spacious and clean and comfortable perfectly designed. The manager was very cooperative made our stay easy

There’s a train tracks just outside of the hotel which makes sleeping in quite vibe unlikely

Lovely central location of the hotel, right beside a metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Spotless and very comfortable room. Easy to check-in and check out. Staff held onto our baggage for us as we had a late flight.

The hotel is a short walk from the M2 Metro (Rome Station). The staff were really friendly, professional and helped us with various questions and requests. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as intended. It's located a few minutes (5-10) walk from nice cafes, bistros, etc in the immediate area. The bathroom/ toilet was clean, with a good amount of space. It's a great value and a short distance / Metro from all the Paris attractions.
