Very clean and well fitted room. Everything you need for a short stay including private shower and kitchenette with fridge. A short walk to Finsbury Park tube and lots of shops and conveniences nearby.
It's a brand new hotel, I was the first to stay in the room I stayed in, so don't be put off by the below. It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. Wasn't sure how to get in at first. The hotel would benefit from some signage to say where the office is to check in but it's brand new and I'm sure that will follow. Couldn't find a hairdryer in the room which was listed in the description, so it would be good to provide that or remove it from the description. Clothes hangers would be useful so the wardrobe can be used fully. No batteries in the TV remote 😉 I'm sure all these things can be worked out.

Excelent location just 5 mins from Finsbury park station. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. Check in was simple and Ali who checked me in was a real gentleman. I will definetly return if I am going to London again.
Just a few small things as its a new hotel I'm sure its just Teething issues. Only 1 towel provided so had to stand on wet floor after Shower. No bedside locker or lamp although there was space and sockets for one. Tea/coffee making facilities provided but no tea or coffee.

The property ia very close 3 minute walk from the station and directly opposite Finsbury park. It is quite clean, with all the mentioned facilities. The staff is quite friendly. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is a minor thing compared to everything else. Thumbs up!

Most of all are excellent. Highly recommended.
The voice of the foot steps from upper floor was so loud especially at late night. I couldn't sleep well.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and it was possible to leave our luggage at the reception desk. We had a nice apartment, very well equipped. Traveling in 3 is not always easy. We were very glad the we got 3 beds, not a double bed + an extra bed that is usually a pull out bed. Kitchen had everything that you need. The apartment seemed brand new. so thank you. Location close to the underground and many shops was great.
Honestly, the neighborhood has its negative sides due to some interesting people that lived close by. I would not recommend this for a family with small children, but from teens on it is no problem as they understand the vibe of a huge city, metropole.

Brand reconstructed apartment. New appliances.
There was a stink/odor in the drain in the shower. Missing dishwasher. Lots of dust as it was just rebuild.

Good location, clean, good worth for money, nice staff. You can leave your luggage there if you come earlier or want to leave later.
This is a classic London house with no heating and bad isolation. They have warming option on the AC but if you don’t use it overnight you will wake up with a cold head. The room was nice and everything inside is new but it wasn’t dusted, we had a one mug provided for 2 travelers. Everything that we asked for though was very quickly provided by the members, they were super helpful and nice.

The room was spacious, clean and had all we need for our few nights. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, the cooking facilities were adequate, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for transport into Central London.
Just a few minor issues; the people above should be aware they can't walk around with elephant feet as we could here everything as well as the main front door needs to be slammed to shut properly. Mostly not an issue unless it's in the early hours. Walking to the property on a night can be a little worrying as there are a lot of homeless and some bad behaviour happening but its a quick walk from the tube. The two things that I came across on previous reviews which I agree with; some bedside tables would be handy (although you can use your suitcase or a chair) and the green light which is extremely bright may cause light sleepers issues but you could always use a sleep face mask.

This seems to be a brand new, renovated property. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great! I was able to cook dinner with the kitchen supplies available, which was nice. The location is good too. Grocery store right around the corner, walking distance to Finsbury park (playground, outdoor gym, tennis courts, walking paths), and easy access to the underground and train at Finsbury Park Station. The staff was also friendly and very willing to help with whatever you might need.
There is no signage for the hotel, so it was difficult to find at first. It looks like a private residence, which was a bit strange, but staff came to welcome us quickly. There’s also an emergency exit light in the room that is very bright at night. I slept with an eye mask on, so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely make sure you have one if you have trouble sleeping with lights on.

The hotel is beautiful and absolutely spotless. It has recently reopened after full refurbishment and is now extremely comfortable. My room (and I believe all the rooms) had a kitchen area with full oven, fridge, microwave, hot plate etc and basic cooking equipment is provided. Everything is brand new! The bed was super comfy. The location is also brilliant, just a few minutes walk from Finsbury Park station and all the shops and restaurants around it. It is even closer to the beautiful Finsbury Park itself. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, both in person and in the pre-arrival messages.
Everything was absolutely great, but this still seems to be a work in progress. The room would benefit from a little more furniture, especially a table and chair. I'm sure they have that already in hand!
