There is a lot to like here. The location is fantastic, with parking at the rear. Its close to the museum and Pendennis castle. The family room is perfect for a couple with small kids. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all we needed. There was enough space that you were not always tripping over suitcases or having to move things around. The kids loved the room, and wanted to stay longer. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing really to dislike. A couple of small maintanance items, but I am sure that is because we arrived at end of season, and its very hard to do maintanance mid season.

A stylish studio apartment nestled in the heart of Falmouth with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The kitchen has full cooking facilities including g microwave and fridge and everything I needed to cook meal. Great wardrobes with plenty of hangers and ironing board etc Complimentary shower gels and hand wash, teas coffee milk sugars, kitchen cleaning products so I could relax straight away. No rushing out to the shop. Beds made and super soft towels changed daily which is very rare in self catering Excellent Ensuite shower room beautifully equipped with heated towel rail to hang towels Check in was simple with a warm super friendly welcome from Lynda and Rocky the spaniel. Nothing was too much trouble and felt like I just didn’t want to leave Can’t wait to return see you all soon Highly recommend

Everything was just perfect

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lynda and her son were very friendly and accommodating, there was also another young lady but I didn't catch her name but they were all very welcoming

The en suite in room 1 was very clean but very small! I'm a big girl and practically had to sit in the sink to be able to get the door open to get to the toilet. The shower doors only had a small gap for me to get in. I may have asked for a room with a bit more space for my size but I was only staying for 2 nights so wasn't going to ask to be moved.

Everything, except the one thing I did not like that I mention in that section. But very nice place, close to town, close to beach, close to train station. Very friendly and helpfull owner. Comfy bed etc.

The heater thingy in the shower was a bit noisy so a nice and relaxing shower not really possible. But works for the purpose of having a shower and getting clean, no issue with temperatur, the water gets hot if you want it to. Just not the "most relaxing"

A Warm welcome, no breakfast but fruit left out in lieu which was better honestly. Clean, cosy, warm, quiet in Room no 1. A bijou bathroom. But that was fine for me as a single guest. 5 mins from train station. 7 mins from town. A bus stop outside for a round town circular route. Down the road to the beach, i didn't walk it but google said 6 mins. There are big rooms with kitchens for families. Rocket the Doggie on hand for a bit of bunny throwing lol. A lovely family guest house where you are made most welcome. I'd highly recomnend staying here. I was here for a week for the Tall Ships festival.

Bathroom was a bit tiny but as a size 18, I just about managed it. It was ok. Shower was good.

the location and views are spectacular, so close to so many amenities, the room was warm and inviting and accessing the room even when arriving late was super easy, fridge in the room was an amazing surprise super helpful. only me the host in the morning of check out but after a long drive it was nice for it to be so easy

took a bit of time to find the car park as there is a public car park nearby which confused me, however once i found it there was plenty of space. the tv was small however you're not travelling for a tv, go out and enjoy the area

Really nice accommodation. Great location - really convenient for the town (and probably the beach but we didn't go there as the weather was awful). Useful to have the kitchen to be able to cook breakfast and eat while admiring the view. Appreciated the parking space - easy to find with the directions Lynda sent. Would definitely recommend.

The bed was creaky. Bathroom had a heated towel rail but would like something by the sink for the hand towel. Also somewhere to put toothbrushes near the sink too.

Comfiest hotel bed ever slept in and we travel a lot for rugby matches. Window opened properly. Fridge in room was a bonus. Gull tapping on window and looking in was hilarious. Easy access to get key. Very close to beaches, town centre and train station. All in all, very good. We had the basic room for a 3 night stay. Definitely stay there again

Wifi password should be in the rooms, we had to go looking for it. Would stay in the suite with the mini kitchen if staying longer

Staff really friendly in helping me book in. Bit of a mix up somehow in not getting check in instructions (not the fault of Braemar house). Was nice to have a friendly face help me after a long drive down.

Not much really. I didn't sample breakfast due to having leave early but I seem to remember last time it was good. Maybe the cost but again not the fault of Braemar as I found the local rate was better.... go figure?

The room and bathroom had everything one could possibly need, it was on smaller side but very well though of. We had garden view, which was nice. There was even fruit downstairs one could take if hungry which was'nt charged for. Owner was lovely. It was also very good value and location, close to everywhere.

Super squeeky bathroom handle in room 1,which probably woke up everyone at night. Room was on smaller side but didn't really mind as great value.
