They were very spacious apartments which was great for the family. Also quite well equipped, nice and light and good to have a balcony. Location was also very good as it was only 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk from a supermarket. Nice that the apartment blocks are in their own grounds which are well maintained and creates a nice quiet ambiance. Reception staff were very prompt and efficient in dealing with an issue caused by other (very noisy) guests; cleaning staff and other residents were very friendly. Thank you. Would we stay again? Yes.

We could have done with oven gloves and tea towels as, for us, we didn’t need to use the dishwasher much. Although Dreams Hotel do their best to maintain a quiet ambiance by requesting guests don’t make noise after 10pm - which is great, sounds do carry from other apartments because of their design. What’s worse is when the request is totally disregarded by guests!

The apartment we booked is located in a quiet place, in a green courtyard, it is spacious. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner. We appreciate the balcon as well.

For us, the location was not suitable because it is guiet far from the City centre and the central train station. Also, the check-in conditions, instead of physically picking up the keys, we preferred online check in, based on a code, so as not to depend o the reception time, knowing that sometimes delays can occur that you cannot control. I was surprised by the request to show my credit card at the reception, as I had already paid for the accommodation, I have never encountered this situation.

It's a big apartment and really warm, the balcony has a good view, the kitchen is perfect and ready to use, the bathroom is really spacious, the beds were comfortable, the check in and out were really simple, they keep your bags after and is only 15 min from the Duomo in Meter

No self check-in and reception until 9 pm only. I didn’t know about that until I had booked unfortunately.

Everything was excellent, very clean. Also location good.

The apartment is in good reach of a metro station (Max. 5min on foot) and the metro (M1) connects to all the sights. The apartment was huge and accessible through lift (even though it’s tiny)

Towels were old and had holes in them. There could have been coffee or tea provided.

The location is very good, residential zone, the house is right next to the metro Gambara (150m) from where you can move to Duomo with one metro line (10 mins) and to Centrale (30mins) by two lines with one metro ticket. Around the house there are many restaurants which are local so the quality of the food is better (although i don't suggest the restaurant Garden City on the corner) and better priced than the touristic zones, there are two supermarkets. The house is quite clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, enough towels for everyone - we were 7. The refrigerator was filled with enough water bottles already. The view of all the rooms is beautiful with trees and squirrels running around. I bet in the summer-time it would be lovely to have a coffee on the balcony, which is quite large and pleasant. The photos represent the house correctly. The management of the houses is professional and correct, no surprises.

Not much things since we stayed two days, it was quite alright.

Girls at the reception were wonderful (even though we had a missunderstanding- our mistake- before check-in, they managed it politely... Very pleasant interaction! Our accomodation (room 5) was good, two big bedrooms, spaceous bathroom, complete kitchen... Would recomend and visit again!
