Booked when going to AC Milan plan. The location is great! Really easiy to get to from aiport - train to Cadorna (quicker than Milano Centrale too), then 5 stops on the M1 metro line to Gambara, and just a few minutes walk. Gambara is well connected for exploring the city (and the metro simple to use). It's fairly residential area, but lots of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Megik Land opposite the hotel is a lovely, old school, local Milanese eatery, would recommend. And we spent a lot of time in Il Cafetero Specialty Coffee Milan too, 5 mins from the hotel, which which just about perfect. There is also a large 24 hour supermaket 2-3 mins walk from the hotel, which makes life easy. We walked the San Siro in 30 mins too. The hotel itself is no frills (no bar, restaurant etc) but very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I can't speak Italian and they couldn't speak English, so my translation phone app did some heavy lifting during conversations. As base for an active, get out and about trip to Milan, it was perfect. Would stay again.

Nothing. It was better than we expected.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay we managed to check-in early with their help, which enabled us to start sightseeing with no time-pressure. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. At the last day we needed to leave our luggage somewhere for several hours before our flight. The staff accommodated this request as well. They even agreed to put our fresh Ravioli con Tartufo in the fridge so that they do not go bad before our flight. This is a very good hotel for a city trip to Milano (near enough to the Duomo - 10-15 minutes by subway).

The walls are a bit thin and you can pretty much hear anything happening in the other rooms. For example if someone snores in the next room, it is like you are there with them. Also the bathroom is pretty small and therefore a bit uncomfortable. Having said that, there is very good water pressure and hot water (which believe you me is not a given in all Italian hotels and cities). All in all, every shortcoming of the room was more than compensated by the firendly staff and cleanliness of the room.

Can't be beat for the price! The rooms were a lot nicer than expected, on par with the rooms for 3x the price we stayed in during the trip. The staff was very friendly. Showers were amazing. The decor in the rooms was really nice and the bathrooms looked new and bright. We were debating between this hotel and a nearby one that was more expensive and this was nicer. Check in and check out were seamless.

The lobby and hallways were underwhelming which is the only star that I'm knocking off, but both were very clean. Some guy was banging on the door to the room next to us and yelling at 11pm, which was not the hotels fault but still not ideal.

Comfortable double bed, well equipped clean room. New contemporary style. The mini fridge was really useful for keeping drinks cool. Friendly, helpful staff nothing was a problem. Great location situated a few minutes walk to bande here train station M1. There is everything locally around you, supermarkets, shops, coffee shops, restaurants, launderettes and services, hairdressers and gelato places etc. Easy walking to other areas. Everything about this hotel is a gem of a surprise because it's well kept and close to the centre of Milan via the train station. I always enjoy this area and have stayed at this hotel before. Thank you.

It was a lovely hotel. It didn't feel like a stay in a 2 star hotel. Everything was provided, and the room was getting clean every day. We stayed for 3 days and we would choose it again. Stuff was also very friendly and welcoming.

Only downside was the location. Its a bit far from the center. You have to take the metro but its not that big of a problem compared to all the positives

Nice decor was better than expected for 2 star rating. The beds were comfortable and the facilities very clean. Great shower. Good location near metro.

A little small without much seating.

This hotel is a paradise in every sense. The rooms are smaller, but clean. The bathroom is spacious and always has hot water. The people working in the hotel are friendly and want to help in every way. Most importantly, the area where the hotel is located is quiet and perfect for a vacation.

Very clean and organized, quiet, a few stairs to climb. The staff (in particular Emanuel) were very nice.

Lack of storage place for our clothes.

The guy at the front desk was great! He talked with us, and it felt like he actually cared about us as people.

Maybe the blue light is a bit distracting but this is a question of style in the hallway.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Things were taken care of and worked well. They took their appliances very seriously. We had a problem in the shower (most likely our fault), and they called a plumber immediately the next day to check it. It's very close to a metro station (about 15 min to Duomo).

The biggest problem was the insolation to the inside. We could hear everything from the reception. The room wasn't very big, but wasn't tiny either.
