A really lovely apartment and lovely staff which made the final two dqys of our holiday great. Very comfortable and not far from the city centre.

Even though the apartment was convenient for the centre of Angers, we were disturbed at night by the freight trains along the railway line next door. Also, we had breakfast before leaving to travel back home, and I was disappointed that much of the fresh food, i.e., croissants and ordinary bread, had run out. We went to breakfast at 8.30 a.m., so it wasn't, as though it was at the end of the breakfast session. There were no staff around to ask for more without going down to reception on the floor below.

Very central and easy to find, although parking was full I was able to park securely at the TGV Gare just a few minutes walk away. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Close to good restaurants near the station and walkable 20 mins to shops and castle. Apartment very well equipped I was impressed! Also, whilst close to the station, very few trains and was quiet at night. (On the Friday night I stayed at least!)

The wall hung toilet was a bit creaky, maybe needed re-fixing to the wall! I was surprised to find sharp knives in with the cutlery in the under sink cupboard- this could be dangerous for travellers with young children as no safety catch on the cupboard door. Overall however, nothing not to like!

The hotel as a whole fully met expectations. Very friendly and competent staff. On the plus side, I would like to note convenient parking at the hotel at a price of 13 euros per day. Carrefour City is nearby, so there are no problems with buying groceries.

I would rate the breakfast as not very good. There are no vegetables. The omelette both times (I stayed at the hotel for two days) was not tasty. Without a car, getting to the sights of Angers is not entirely convenient, but if you have a car it takes no more than 5-7 minutes.

Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions prior to arrival. Big thanks to Rachel, Annie and Nicholas. Hotel is conveniently located about 10 mins walk from the main train / tram station in Angers. Easy to call an Uber to the location. There are a couple of restaurants in the area, but they are not opened throughout the day. Plenty of options opposite the Train Station though. There are also some vending machines in the lobby area for hot drinks, snacks and some food that can be heated in the microwaves available in the rooms.

Wished the rooms could have been cleaned more often, but they did accommodate me where possible.

Location is approx 10 minutes walk from the Main Train and Tram Station in Angers. It can get quiet in the evenings. Sound of trains never bothered me. Room is sound proofed. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available on the TV. Iron Boards and Iron available on request (you have to pick it up at the reception). There is a laundry room on the 1st floor, accessed using your room key card. You can pay for the laundry using credit card or coins. Detergent is already included so no need to buy extra. All the front desk staff speak English and are very courteous, especially Rebecca, Annie and Nicholas.

As per policy, rooms are only cleaned, linens and towels changed after 8 days (if you are a long staying guest). I wish it could be a shorter period. At any point during your stay, you can always request for a room clean for 40 euros. There is also an option to refresh your room for 7 euros but that only includes making your bed (not changing linen or any other cleaning). Upon arrival though the rooms were super clean - nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the station was why I chose the hotel. The facilities were great but, because it was an exceptionally hot day/night, air conditioning would have been appreciated. It was unfortunate that I didn’t notice the electric fan in the cupboard until it was too late. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a really nice diner (Cristy’s?) 5mins away that served delicious food.

Because of the extreme heat during our stay, air con would have been appreciated.

The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. Every detail, from the well-appointed rooms to the superb amenities, exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the meticulous attention to detail, which made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Furthermore, the beautiful ambiance of your hotel added to the overall wonderful experience. I felt truly pampered and well-cared for throughout my stay.

Seamless check in and check out experience; modern, comfortable and impeccably clean accommodation; convenient location within reasonable walking distance to the city centre and also a convenience store and couple of good restaurants - and a train station - all within easy reach; easy to use onsite parking; and friendly, very responsive and efficient customer service. The picturesque view of the town from our room (especially at night); and the flexible check in time were a bonus! The railway noise quickly became white noise so it wasn’t an issue for us. The location was otherwise very quiet and peaceful.

The absence of an AC was compensated for by the perfect weather we experienced during our stay. We kept the window open, which allowed for a constant cool breeze and good night’s sleep. However in hotter weather the lack of an AC may be an issue.

Staff at reception were first rate in their thoughtful approach and advice. The hotel looks new, well designed and pristine. Wi-Fi was strong and dependable. Although on street parking is available, for a reasonable fee, we parked in the hotel garage. For most of our three night stay the temperatures were close to, or above 30 degrees. The hotel is not air= conditioned. The room rate reflects this. However, the rooms are issued with a powerful fan which kept us cool.

The hotel is close to the station. With the window open, then you hear some train movement. When closed, the sound proofing is effective.

Perfect place to stay if travelling by train as the hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the station and very central. The room was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and very practical. The staff was really helpful and available at all time. I definitely would stay there again.

The only thing was how high the cupboard was to access the cups, glasses etc. in the kichenettte: you had to be really tall! Apart from that, everything was great!
