Location, behind, directly off Cathedral Square; proximal to old downtown Santa Fe; interior/exterior amenities were excellent; 5:30 kick back is fabulous. Adjacent to shopping, excellent...staff at ALL levels knew about the internal workings of the hotel and Drury management in general...never once did we get an "I don't know"

Honestly, not one thing...from check in to check out four days later, it was flawless. Security was excellent; parking/valet service was exceptional....one of the other guests said the valet staff's goal was to retrieve your vehicle in under 45 seconds, Morning breakfast and afternoon beverages and nibbles were great.

What’s not to love about this place? The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have complimentary happy hour and breakfast everyday. The happy hour includes 3 free drinks and a ton of food which was a pleasant surprise. The actual bar on site is open late and also had great food, drinks, and staff. The hotel was extremely clean and the daily room cleaning was great. It is located walking distance to many cool restaurants and galleries. It is also a short Uber away from other farther attractions, like Meowolf. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The only (slight) downside of this hotel is parking is valet only. The valet staff are super nice, but it does make it somewhat annoying to have to wait for your car everyday if you are traveling with a vehicle.

The breakfast was good! I loved having roasted green chilies every morning. The evening drink and food service was lovely too. Even if I didn’t eat, I got to enjoy a few libations. The location was amazing. You can walk pretty much everywhere you need to be. My room was really nice. The only thing was the carpet squeaked, and sounded like it wasn’t glued to the ground when you walked on it. Other than that, everything was lovely.

I didn’t like the floor squeaking and feeling like it wasn’t connected to the ground.

We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor doors of the property. It is landscaped, a water fountain with the serene sound of water as we walked about. The inside was beautifully decorated, and paintings were hung on the walls. It’s an easy walk from the hotel to many shops downtown. The hotel had the largest collection of paintings & drawings in Santa Fe. Our room was comfortable and restful. The rooftop swimming pool was very popular. The entire staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was an awesome experience and wholeheartedly recommend the Drury hotel!

Our room had only one chair, which was inconvenient.

Since You are asking--- This is my second visit at the Drury. I was there about 4 years ago because of a convention . so it was a return visit. Only have one comment to make-- Taking advantage of your breakfast and generous cocktail food we would like you to know that we not once had HOT food. 4 times breakfast and 2 time cocktails, even yesterday when we were the first in line. I am in a customer service business myself , so I thought it might be helpful for you to know. Perhaps you need new burners??? WE used your Parking and valet services. Nice fellows there.

The staff at the Drury Plaza is incomparable. They were friendly, accommodating, and did their best to make us feel valued. We were treated with such attention to our needs and understanding of our wishes, that their wonderful attitude contributed to our enjoyable experience and positive feeling towards Santa Fe. The people at Drury are outstanding ambassadors for their city. A special shout-out to Cat at the front desk who made us feel special throughout our stay.

Some of the rooms were not designed with the needs of women in mind. Instead of two tv's in one room, the space could have been better used to provide a mirror and space for women to dress and prepare for the day.

Drury has modern amenities, good water pressure in bath/shower. Cleanliness is exceptional. Writing desks are useful if you are working as I was. Plenty of comfortable common area space to hang out in. Great location to access Plaza and to traverse around the Plaza in all directions. Excellent valet service.

Nothing to complain about. Doesn't have some of the character of the older hotels, but counters that with modern baths, decent food and beverage and a great location, plenty of parking.

The staff is exceptional, friendly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Extremely helpful, when we had a problem with a motorized scooter they made sure it was taken care of. The location is super and the pool and patio on the fifth floor has a wonderful view of the sunset.

Absolutely nothing it was such a great place, central to all, and the staff responsive and caring.

The service was fantastic. The upgraded us to a room with a soaker tub and it was heavenly!The breakfast had a lot of variety; Something to please everyone. The location was very convenient to downtown and the property was very quiet.

I think the A/C may have had some issues. We sleep best at a temperature of 66 and the chiller was not on, I guess. It may be to early in the season. Anyway, the temp varied from 69-70 which isn’t too bad, but I slept mainly out of the covers.

There is so much to love about this hotel! The location is great, right in the middle of historic Santa Fe. The staff was welcoming. Our room was quite large, with a very large bathroom that had a tub and a shower. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a nice sitting area and the heating worked well. We were allowed three free drinks (including cocktails) every night, during the Kickback time, which also included various snacks like hot dogs and mac N cheese. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The only available parking is valet parking, which is 28 USD per night. A bit on the pricey side, but you do get to stay right in the middle of Santa Fe. There was a strong smell of smoke (presumably from wood fires around town) coming into our room at around 5 pm every afternoon. This resulted in irritated eyes and some minor lung irritation on the first two nights. The staff was helpful, but other than providing a fan there was little to be done.
