Great location. Big & quiet rooms. Everyone was pleasant. They always had flavored water or coffee at the entrance.

Air conditioner was antiquated and couldn’t get room cool. Temp was only in the low to 80s. Shudder to think of what it is like in a really hot day. Staff essentially said, that’s the way it is. Bar is off on a wing and away from main lobby and entrance.

The staff were amazing & the room was lovely, luxurious and incredibly comfortable! We got engaged during our stay and the hotel staff appeared to be just as excited as us and helped us celebrate with wine & congratulations!!

Not a problem but just to be aware - due to the building being older, the wifi didn’t reach our room. This was only an issue as we’re international visitors so it was a little harder to get service.

Beautiful, spacious rooms nicely decorated. Excellent location within walking distance of all museums, the train station and many restaurants.

No on-site laundry or laundry/dry cleaning service.

Breakfast was ok

At breakfast we asked for a booth. We were seated at a table in the middle of the room and told that booths were reserved for 4 people. Several booths remained empty the entire time that we were eating. Did not return to the dining room for another meal during our stay.

Restaurant was excellent - staff and food. Main desk staff was courteous and very helpful

Temperature was not well controlled. Elevators were refrigerators - waiting areas were very chilly.

Beds were very comfortable.

When I tried to check out, I was told there was no receipt because I did not owe anything. It was confusing. No one contacted me to clear up the misunderstanding. I called back and checkout person still was unable to talk to me about the confusion. She did send me my charges by email. I also had two pending charges.

$ 27.00 a day for parking at such a nice hotel was unexpected!!!

Location in Santa Fe is excellent

Reception area needs a facelift, something to make it warmer, more inviting, more like what surrounds the property.

this is a beautiful, convenient, clean & lovely place , is pet friendly, & is close to town and all of Sante Fe. There is a lovely lobby with fireplace & water & cookies ! It also has a nice, large bathroom. They also have a nice restaurant & I could order take out & go & bring back to my room to relax.

Need more towel racks.
