1. Overall Villa: super spacious and looks exactly like the images shown. Beds are quite comfortable; however pillows are a bit too hard for us. Cleanliness is top-notch; kudos to the housekeeping team for leaving the villa sparking clean every single day. Thank you for this. Electronic appliances are all in good condition and ready to use. 2. Guest Service: super fast response and always ready to help. Appreciate this very much. The team handled the issues during our very first few days with incredible hospitality and fast solutions. There was some issues with the electricity and with the water heater; but all were solved almost immediately. Appreciation to Puspa, Pinari and Ardi who took care of us. 3. Asai Cafe: we love all the food that we tried (Christmas menu, breakfast and also dinner). We appreciated the complimentary breakfast offered and we enjoyed it a lot. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay at Asai Village and would like to come back one day. Thank you Asai Village team for taking care of us.

Asai Spa: this was actually where the experience was below our expectation. We have been to many spas in various countries and we would rate our experience in Asai spa a 7. We felt the therapists were not really “connected” to us; many times the massage pressure was uneven or stopped midways. Overall, the massage felt a bit staggered. It could probably also because we were the last customers for that day; maybe the therapists were a bit tired already.

This chic property was so much better in person. The pool was beautiful and the amenities were nice. Ardi surprised us with a dessert for our wedding anniversary. The spa treatments cannot be missed. Breakfast in the cafe was convenient and delicious, especially the smoothies and juices. We needed a screw to repair our luggage and Comang from ASAI staff promptly contacted the maintenance team to assist us. ASAI saved the day! I also liked that ASAI was a short walk away from the Four Seasons resort. ASAI will always be our airport home base. Stay here!

My stay was made exceptional by my host, Ardi, whose warm and friendly presence made me feel right at home. His professionalism and deep knowledge of Indonesian culture truly set him apart, showcasing his passion leadership in the tourism industry. Make this man the CEO! The property itself is stunning—a serene, open space that exudes a zen-like calm, reminiscent of a luxury Hollywood retreat. Every moment spent inside felt like a rejuvenation for my soul. I was eating at ASAI cafe everyday, the food was out of this world. And using ASAI spa everyday too, whew, such fantastic relaxation facilities.

That I had to leave.

Asai villa is perfect for those that want a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The villas are new, and well maintained. Service is done via WhatsApp, and anything you wish can be delivered to the villa. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are really exceptional. Villa came with Netflix which was a nice touch, for the rainy afternoons. I want to repeat how completely delighted we were with the professional staff. True five stars.

The hot water didn't work in our villa for the shower, however because it is so hot and humid , this wasnt a showstopping issue. It isn't easy to walk to and from the beach, due to lack of footpath. But the beach isn't the cleanest, so we found it better to just enjoy private pool.

Everything about our stay at asai village was perfect. Even with our 1.5 y/o son constantly on the move. The size of the villa was perfect for us. We booked specifically because we were able to lock the door so our son couldn't go to the pool unsupervised, but also because the bedrooms and living area were separate. Having the cafe and spa at your doorstep was very convenient, especially when our hungry toddler woke up demanding food early in the morning, or when I needed to escape for a massage/facial. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. The washing machine/dryer in the villa came in handy. The staff did an amazing job, even when we needed to get a doctor out for my son. They were happy to organise everything for us. We will definitely be returning to Asai village.

My only little piece of feedback, is that the pool is very cold.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom premium villa which provided plenty of space and everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious stay. We were welcomed with a Balinese drink and fruit bowl and shown all the facilities (Nespresso/washing machine etc) There are various types of villas, all set around a great cafe serving delicious and varied food/drinks and an onsite spa area - I had 2 Balinese massages which were very good! The big call out though are to the staff at the property who are very friendly and responsive to any requests. All you need to do is send a WhatsApp and you’ll get a response in seconds - we asked for another sun lounger and it was there in 5 minutes! My son also wanted a scooter which they arranged. The same with the cafe, if you want to order villa service, just order via WhatsApp. I would thoroughly recommend ASAI Village because everything is self contained for a great stay

Like most places in Bali, be prepared to get a grab taxi or scooter because although ASAI Village is minutes away from very good restaurants (try La Brasserie) and the beach, there are no footpaths. A taxi costs around £1.50 to the beach - we did walk it once (takes about 10-15 minutes) but you’ll need to walk on the road. This is only a tiny thing because it’s the same everywhere in Bali and the good thing is that there is no traffic so you’re only in the taxi/scooter for a couple of minutes!

The entire villa was modern and very clean, with marble floors, sparkling bathrooms, huge bedrooms with lots of storage, a full kitchen, and everything exquisitely appointed and decorated. Beautiful private infinity pool, outdoor shower (in addition to indoor ones), and sun loungers. There were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, plus a powder room downstairs. Pinari was so friendly and helpful and came to the villa to check us in for our late arrival. The entire space was air conditioned, except for the dramatic and beautiful stairway up to the bedrooms. The on-site restaurant was great too. I wasn’t feeling well, so I rested in the villa a lot and ordered everything from room service. The Russian dishes were especially tasty, such as the potato pancakes for breakfast, and the Balinese jamu drinks were healthy and delicious. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and only a very short drive from beautiful Jimbaran Beach.

We liked everything about the property!

It was a fantastic stay at ASAI Village and we had an amazing time here. We absolutely loved the architecture and interior design of the executive villa. The team members, Pinari in particular, was very helpful in assisting with queries and response was almost immediate. We also had a pleasant surprise when the team gave us a cake for my dad's birthday upon arrival. We will be missing this space and time spent at the villa very often. Thank you for the great memories.

We loved absolutely everything about this amazing stunning villa. We were almost speechless with how beautiful it is. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was a hassle. We loved the day spa and had a facial and massages. We were upgraded on our last night to a bedroom villa which was just incredible. We felt like Queens staying at this place and we can't wait to go back.

The food from cafe was disappointing. Was quite bland tasting. Apart from that there was nothing not to love.

Wonderful accomodation, equipped with all necessaties. Staff is ready to help and very friendly. The location is convenient if you have a bike or a car, because you are between Uluwatu and Seminyak infrastructure, 15-20 mins from Ungasan beaches. But if you hope to go to the Jimbaran beach by foot , be ready to have 10 mins walk on the road without any shadow or pavement and then up the same way. Though you have a good pool either on your villa or a common one, a spa and a great cafe (and a gym soon), which may please all your needs if you don’t want to move at all.

Be ready for some termites and other insects, that are quite noisy at night, especially if they slip in your room.
