This apartment has a good balcony with seating for 6, 2 ensuite style bathrooms one is a little larger than the other but both good, the water pressure in the shower is great and the shower cubicle is a good size, both bedrooms had king beds, which can be separated into singles if you want, both bedrooms had wardrobe space and were roomy, mirrors only in the main bedroom, beds were super comfortable pillows also very good, air-conditioned worked well and was quiet, small laundry with a washing machine and dryer both worked well, kitchen had everything you need, large fridge, lounge area had ample seating, this area is very quiet but easy travel time to most places, the pool is clean and a reasonable size also parking included in undercover garage with lifts to your floor, the staff are lovely and friendly

Modern, clean, beautiful view and convenient location

The entrance door did not have any locks, bolts or chains on the inside. The door was very lightweight and easy to open. My three year old quietly let herself out while I was on the toilet. Lucky we realised in time as we could hear her out there. This is quite dangerous as the corridor outside of the front door is like a balcony. So I would like to make a suggestion, to at least put a little chain lock at the top of the door on the inside, out of reach of children, for security and peace of mind that children will not go out wondering.

Spacious apartment, lovely balcony with large table, breakfast bench and full kitchen. Very functional and basic but comfortable. Good air conditioning and lots of natural light. We enjoyed the Foxtel.

There is not quite enough lounge seating for four adults so not as comfortable as it could be. The kitchen is good but desperately needs some decent cookware, especially a decent frypan. It could also use a new toaster. The apartment could be made more comfortable and less sterile - may be a rug, some homewares, some homely touches.

Friendly staff at Reception. Great location if visiting the Sunshine Coast Hospital as it is located just across. Comes with one underground car parking spot. Clean room and bathroom, towels and amenities provided. A good alternate option to staying at the hotel nearby.

The studio I stayed at was missing a chair for the desk / work space (which was rectified by the staff who allowed me to bring an outdoor chair up). There was an ironing table but no iron. The shower sure could use a shower caddy! The studio had an air/con / heater with an individual thermostat, but the thermostat clearly had an override and a pre-set maximum which didn't really warm up the room.

Ease of location to where we went. Secure parking. Liked the security we had with the connecting room set up, was very convenient with young grandchildren being able to go between the two apartments.

Only one lift in service, due to a breakdown in other and having to wait for a part - not the staff fault though. Didn't like the shower, had to run around just to get wet from the shower head!! Bed was not very comfortable sadly. Hard to wash dishes in the sink, many knocks to the head on the cupboard jutting out over the sink??

Second time have stayed at property. Did not disappointment. Very nice, modern and clean facilities, with balcony over water views. Location is central to almost everything Sunshine Coast and plenty of food options in vicinity, especially if you have a car.

Only thing negative I could find to say, is that the air con was inconsistent through the apartment eg freezing in one room and hot in another. However staff must have been onto it, as there was a written notification of timing to expect ac specialists next morning.

The location was perfect for our needs. Easy access to the hospital (where training was), but also not far from other parts of the Sunshine Coast. Walking around Birtinya Island in mornings or afternoon was great and very close by. Lovely area.

There was nothing wrong with the description of the studio rooms, we just did not think of how small it really would be. It still had a desk and kitchenette, but it was all just around the bed. If you need a little more room over a few days, go for the apartments.

Close to hospital visit

Can hear noises from above and adjacent rooms seems the walls are not well insulated, may have been the room I was in as it shared a hallway and was right on the end and on the forth floor Also the shower could do with a holder of some sort to place your soap etc no where to place items if you were staying a longer duration even if they offered a holder of some sort at reception and U would need to take it back after your stay to get your deposit baakc etc if that was the case The room I was in the water pressure wasnt that great either for the shower

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel that provided a five-star experience. Not only were the staff over accommodating for my needs, but rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean and had an amazing view of the Kawna Lake. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. The amenities, central location, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations, making it a highly recommended choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The car parking was a bit small.

Location was good, room was neat and clean

Being messaged about my room number and floor, by the time I picked up my keys from the key safe the room number had changed. I had gone to the floor where I should have been, to be given a key for a whole different floor. Had to contact out of hours, then move my car. Not what you need after a 14 hour day in a new area.. The out of hours person is not phased. Just oh yes we changed your room. Not even sorry. Studio, only has small windows, very boxy. Would recommend a one bed, you get a balcony and not so closed in
